I went in today for a routine eye exam today. I did not have any problems with Dr. Parthipan, who was nice, although I was a very easy case. However, I gave my insurance to the receptionist fifteen minutes before the appointment, and asked her to verify that it was covered by them. I was only told afterwards that my insurance did not cover the appointment and she just nonchalantly handed me the bill. I came early expressly for that reason and was clear about it as well. I did not appreciate being forced to pay when I could have gone somewhere else or made adjustments to my insurance plan if needed. When I expressed this concern with the receptionist, she just ignored my comments and asked if my payment would be by visa. If you want to build a customer base, I highly suggest you iron out wrinkles like this in your operations. People don't hand you insurance cards when they are prepared out of pocket, and you have a duty to do due diligence, instead of being primarily concerned with billing.

I recently got new glasses. The staff were very helpful in helping me select new frames. Several months later I needed to have them adjusted and Dr. Klaming willingly made the adjustments I needed.

Dr. Lukito is outstanding. He is very professional, the staff are friendly and it is a great experience in every way!

The eye exams are done very thoroughly and the optician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price for my glasses was also very good.

Dr. Philips has very poor bedside manners, he is very abrupt and impatient. He gave me a run around with my prescription because I wanted to take it elsewhere. I simply could not afford his prices and particularly didn't like his pushy staff. The prescription was written in a manner that could not be filled at the optical of my choice. The prescription was in a 12th of diaopter form, whereas a quarter of diaopter is standard according to the College of Optometrists. Also, the College of Optometrists said that I am legally allowed to take my prescription elsewhere.

Dr. Gallagher and the staff are really accommodating. She was really thorough eith her exam and I feel confident about the results. She was extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I'm really happy with this clinic.

Dr Kathleen MacNeill and staff, Victoria, Andrea and others at the front desk, have been simply outstanding with helping our family members. They are so knowledgable, professional and wonderfully helpful. Thank you all so much, we feel very lucky to be your patients!!
