DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!! They do not care.. They will cancel your appointment and if you cannot make it to the appointment they schedule for you they tell you they are all booked up and cant see you..This has happened to me on an number of occasions.. Then my eye doc gave me another referral 2 years later and they called me and I couldn't make it to the appointment they were going to schedule me for so I asked if I could do it a week later or even a month or months later and the receptionist said.....no too bad then we cant make an appointment for you.. STAY AWAY WHATEVER YOU DO....Dr Vijay Niranjan is the Doctor at this place I was trying to see..

I have always had a good experience at The Optometrists in Smiths Falls. Their prices are extremely reasonable and affordable compared to other optometrists in the city. They cover the warranty and do adjustments/replace nose pads at no extra cost. The staff are helpful and friendly and I would recommend anyone to go there.
