I loved them! Needed a new prescription due to my contacts being old and they were so friendly! The front desk staff Sarah and Liz were so kind and even helped me pick new frames! The doctors took their time with me and helped fix a problem I had with the new prescription! Made sure to get everything right with the contacts so I could see! Will definitely recommend to anyone that’s searching for an eye care provider!

I agree with Annette Newcomb (previous comments), everything she said is true. Couldn't be happier with the service. We saw Dr. Angela Giddens and she was awesome. Highly recommend her.

NOT worth it! I drove out of my way to go here bec I heard good things. It was my 1st pair of progressive glasses. They didn’t explain anything at all. But here is the worst: I was corrected for a stigmatism. But something was wrong – I really tried wearing the glasses for days but I couldn’t. I literally got sick. When I called to tell them something was wrong, that even when I opened one eye I knew – the lady at the desk said – well dear, the way glasses work is that you keep both eyes open – Can you believe that?! Turns out, they corrected for 0.5 instead of 0.05. HUGE difference! Ok, so everyone makes mistakes. When it was fixed NOT ONE apology, even after talking to me like I was a toddler! Rude, not helpful, poor service and DID NOT give information on products. SINCE I WROTE THIS REVIEW THEY RESPONDED - SAYING THEY APOLOGIZED AND THAT I SAID I WAS HAPPY... ALL UNTRUE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKE OR THEIR RUDENESS. 0 RATING IF I COULD!

Pleasant staff. Personable Dr. Great selection of frames. Closing hours vary by day so just keep an eye out for their hours. (Pun intended) Won't go anywhere else.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Spaull. The office staff are always courtesy and pleasant. Dr Spaull is so thorough and very particular. He has a great sense of humour. I was a patient with a doctor in Ottawa for years but prefer the care I get in Arnprior.

I needed a pair of cheap glasses and when I saw the prices at Laurier, they were pretty cheap. I ordered twice from them and it was easy. Everything was fine with Laurier Optical.

Have had terrible luck. First frames the screw fell out of the lens and they would only cover 50% to replace even though it was still within the warranty period and warranty is 100% on frames. Second pair the arm broke off the glasses and again they wanted to charge 50% of the cost of new frames. Again still under warranty. Will not be going back and do NOT recommend them. My experience is their frames are cheap and poorly made. And even if they say they are warranted- they are not.

We had an amazing experience. I came in with 3 young children who decided they were over it as soon as we walked in the door. They were a very loud bunch but every single lady working was amazing. They understood the 2 yr old tantrums and didn’t make me feel like I needed to get out of there. The wonderful woman who helped my 6 yr old daughter pick out her glasses was amazing as well. We couldn’t afford the ones she wanted so she spent quite awhile convincing my stubborn 6 yr old that the ones we could afford were way awesome ❤️ Thank you for that!

Amazing experience at Rana Eye Care. Dr. Rana is so through and extremely personable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The selection of frames is huge, best in Belle River. The staff took time to help me choose a frame perfect for me, which I appreciated. The office is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Rana Eye Care to everyone.
