Dr. Soong is very patient and provides excellent eye care to her patients. She is also very caring, attentive and knowledgeable in eye care. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

Nearly 2 years ago I was given the name of EOS by my friend Joan Shapero. Rather than sell me up, I was greeted by Jason Barret who recommended that I wait for a while. I was introduced to Dr. Black regarding a contact lens issue. I did come back for eye glass repair 2 times and was again impressed by his manner. Last month I returned for new lenses and was most pleased to finally to give EOS my business. Your firm and Jason have my highest recommendation. Many thanks L Lloyd Duckman

Great Doctor. Period.

Dr. Min was nice and competent. The reception staff... not so much. My other issues with the clinic are 1) There's a lot of wait time (compared to other eye clinics I've been to in Quebec). Waiting to be acknowledged by the reception. Waiting to be seen despite appointment time. Waiting for eye drops to take effect and return for second part of eye exam. Waiting to pay. Waiting for a call that my order is received... which brings me to my second issue. 2) The staff misplaced my file and didn't call me when my contact lenses arrived. I found it strange after a reasonable waiting period and called to enquire about my order. They had them and received them who-knows-how-long ago. 3) Dr. Min gave me a prescription valid for only 6 months. Who gets an eye exam every 6 months when there's nothing wrong? Even stable diabetics get ANNUAL eye exams. I tried purchasing contact lenses at another store less than a year after my eye exam and it was refused because the prescription was expired. The other store actually commented how strange it was that he wrote it for such a short period, but there was nothing that could be done outside getting another eye exam. Not cool!

Dr. Ng is very thorough and took time to evaluate potential issues in this emergency appointment. He's supported by a wonderful staff. Daria is particularly helpful, efficient and competent in all aspects.

Dr.Wan is a pleasure to deal with. My whole family has gone to see her including a 6 yr old that doesn't like doctors. Dr. Wan made him feel so comfortable that he actually enjoyed the experience.

Dr Rachel Lin is very professional and throughly about everything. She has been mine and my family's optometrist for many years now. It's glad to know that she's practicing in my area. Highly recommended!!!

Great service! Dr. Lisa Tran was able to find the problem with my existing eyeglasses that no other Doctor could. Apparently my prescriptions needed a vertical prism adjustment. This would probably explain the frequent migranes and wavy vision. Customer service at the reception is also great.

The eye exam was very comprehensive and the doctor listened to all my concerns and made good suggestions. Very happy with the service. They were very patient with me.

I recently visited Sheppard Leslie Optometry and I was really happy to have made the decision to change my Optometry office. I chose Dr. Andra Burroughs, and found her to be friendly, thorough and competent. She was patient and made me feel comfortable when I was making choices about which letter was more in focus. She also explained what I was seeing in the photo images of my eyes, and how to use preventative measures in my eye care. My husband, daughter and grandson visited her earlier, and enjoyed their visit as well. My grandson loved his cool glasses! All of the people in the office were welcoming, and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this clinic.
