Optometrist

I am so happy that I found the optical place with affordable glasses. The service was very efficient. Also, I can pick out so many pairs that can fit me very well, unlike some other optical shops that I had problem to find the right frame. Probably because the shop has the Asian fit frames but others don't have as many.

Super nice staff and very helpful. Picked out my ideal eyeglasses in 10min.

Dr. Lasby is very knowledgeable, resourceful and personable and is not happy until I’m totally happy with my new contacts. The staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful too.

Dr Patel, is truly Knows what he is doing . I liked how he takes time to examine me and explain everything to me .Other Optometry doctors i have seen in the past they don't even spend a minute on you .. You are in and out . Great service and the staff are really nice .. I would greatly recommend this Doctor to anyone who need good quality eye care.

Dr.Lonsdale and his staff are wonderful. I've brought my brother, husband and both of my children here. I recommend this office to anyone looking for an optometrist. My 6 year old son just got his first pair of glasses and they were ready the same day (and affordable). The staff submitted to my insurance for me and taught my son how to care for his glasses. This eye clinic is awesome! Their customer service is top notch - you get lots of reminders leading up to your appointment via text or e-mail. Also, the process once you're in the door is seamless - from the admin taking your payment and doing some preliminary tests to the eye exam from Dr. Hines, the whole thing is quick and easy. I don't know of a way an eye clinic could be better. Very grateful for years of being treated well.

Best glasses I ever had, they lasted me 7 years. Good doctors, good prescription, excellent quality frame and workmanship.

Dr. Turner was incredibly professional, caring, and thorough in his care, and you can tell he is super passionate about his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone! The rest of the staff was also helpful and made the whole experience pleasant. I’ll admit I was hesitant to go to Marda Loop, as parking isn’t always the best there, but it was actually easily accessible with parking in the back and across the street in the Safeway parking lot. Not to mention there’s the perk of Village Ice Cream being right across the street as well! ;)

5 star is just simply not enough to describe the excellence of your service.

Had eye test in December 2021. This was my third or fourth visit to the same office for glasses. Previous exams were by Dr. Wilson and I never had a problem during those years. The current prescription was done by a different optometrist and was totally unacceptable. Requested retest and they first argued that I had to wear the incorrect glasses for a time first before they would agree to a retest. Told them I did not even buy the glasses because they were obviously flawed to the point of not being able to see correctly at all. I was not belligerent or used any bad language. I simply insisted they retest with a different optometrist in the same office. They hung up on me. This office should be avoided.

Everyone at this location is so nice and cheerful. Doctor Reid is very nice and doesn't ever rush his appointments and is very thorough with checking the eye for any health concerns.

I did not go blind during my visit, so there for it was a success!

Always pleasant and efficient would avoid lensecrafters and drive across town for the service at Eyesis
