Optometrist

Staff is really too nice and professional. I recommend this location

I have been a sarisfed, happy patient of Dr. Snows for many years. He is extremely knowlegeable, patient and takes the time to duscuss your eye exam and health related issues. He is pleasant and makes your vist a postive experience. The office/support staff is always polite, friendly and professional. Thank you for the excellent service. 🤓

Quick service, walk in, makes recommendations and takes the time to ask if you have any questions and explain your exam to you.

I had the pleasure of doing an eye exam here as well as buying glasses. My doctor was Elena Marenny she was absolutely lovely and extremely informative/thorough. The front desk staff were also helpful in explaining particulars of their products and services. During my visit there was a difficult old man who was arguing with the staff and I commend them for handling the situation with poise and firmness. I definitely will reccomend this office to those who are looking for a reliable and careful clinic.

Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very pleasant experience! Professional staff, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Fair prices and good service. They have many brands to choose from. Would recommend.

There is such a wide variety of designer eyewear to choice from. Manny and Tori are so helpful. I even had my eye exam there. They were able to direct bill to my insurance so it was hassle free for me. It was a great experience. I prefer OpticaModa to any place I have shopped before. Definitely recommend it to all.

Picking out new glasses can be a challange so when I stopped in here I felt right at home. I'm pretty sure I tried on every pair of glasses in the entire shop lol!! I had a large amount of help from the staff and they were honest about what suited my face and what didn't.. so I know they weren't all about the $$. I love the large selection of styles and brands, which made it take a bit longer to decide which ones I was going to purchase. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they also gave me a breakdown of what I was paying for. I will be a continuing customer for sure!! Also I've gotten so many compliments on my glasses !!

Such an amazing team! I was having issues with my original frames purchased another Hakim store where I was turned away after attempting to rectify the situation. I brought it to the Bradford team, and they immediately consulted with me and found the exact solution I was hoping for! Even after that initial visit, I've been multiple times to adjust the frame, where each and every time they assist with full professionalism and expertise. Can't say enough about the Bradford location - they've really become my go-to place for eyeglasses!

Everytime I come into the store the service is top notch from their warm greeting to the very end. I just left the store and Hazel and Behnaz were fantastic. I will never deal with anyone else.

I went in with an emergency to get a pair of glasses the same day and left with them, was extremely pleased by the amazing customer service by fazila and inga. Fazila came right up to me the second I walked into the store and answered all of my questions with a smile and positive attitude. She helped me pick out the perfect frames and was very attentive during our conversations :) Inga was also very helpful, quick and efficient. I was amazed that I walked out with a pair of glasses under an hour, She was a MACHINE! I've been a customer with hakim for 10+years and this is the best location I've ever been too. Thank you Faiza and inga again for an outstanding job and amazing customer service :)

Annie was very helpful and made a swift repair on my son"s glasses,.Awesome place to order optical glasses.
