Optometrist

I booked an Appointment with Gloucester Family Optometrists upon the recommendation of my son. I was warmly greeted by Ann who is the Office Manager and was run through a battery of tests by Dr. Brad Perras who recommended that I see an ophthalmologist. Ann scheduled me to see one of the top ophthalmologists in the city and before long was I contacted with an appointment date that was much earlier than anticipated. I greatly appreciated Dr. Perras's thoroughness and his recommendation that I wait until seeing the ophthalmologist before considering the acquisition of glasses. I had a very pleasant experience courtesy of both Office Manager Ann and Dr. Perras. I would therefore strongly recommend Gloucester Family Optometrists to anyone who is concerned about their vision.

We were fortunate to have Dr. Davidson. She was great with our son and was able to give him a preliminary diagnosis of Coats Disease which if left untreated could have been devastating for our son’s long term vision

Dr. Bhanji is very knowledgeable and tends to be competent when it comes to explaining your situation with your vision. He takes the time to explain things very thoroughly. Dr. Bhanji is also very patient when it comes to questions and concerns. Overall great optometrist, I look forward to my future appointment.

I called them three times to have my information sent to the new optometrist and they failed to do what I asked. The other office also called them to get them to send over my information needed for an appointment and they also failed to send over my info. I sent a webform submission through their website and they never responded to my request. I called them to ask my information be released and they told me the other optometrist needs to ask for the info. I am still having to wait for the information to be released and I find them very frustrating to deal with. How much time can you ask for something so simple yet meet a wall of silence? For this I rate them 1 star out of 5.

I was a patient of the Dr. Seen for the last 7 years. Dr. Seen is a great doctor, very caring and friendly to the patient needs. He helped me a lot with my eye problems, and if it’s not him I might loose my vision. Dr. Suen, thank you so much!

Great place to get your glasses, sports glasses etc. Super Friendly service. Been going for 17 years.
