Optometrist

Horrible customer service. The type of place that blames the customer for wanting clear clarification of information--especially seeing as we live in a bilingual environment, info can be misunderstood. A client service rep who takes things personally and has a conniption fit arguing with the client, rolling his eyes... I felt horrible leaving there and I did not take my appointment. From my first question, the older lady, receptionist is the one who elevated this to something that didn't need to be. How can they still be in business?

reading this reviews makes me think that people with bad reviews have been in different place not in this clinic .....for I have been seeing this doctor for over six years and the staff is marvelous...any copy of a bill you need you get no problem , prescription no issue ..small reparation usually no cost .....just been with my older members of the family they been served very well left satisfy 110% . So I do not understand the negative reviews at all... Keep up the great work .

Does not do surgery.

I love this place. They have a great selection of frames (I wish I could buy more...) The optometrist is always professional and found the best contact lenses for my eyes (I tried so many before that were uncomfortable). I recommend this place to everyone who enjoy a good service and like fashionable glasses.

Personnel agréable. Les prix sont raisonnables et le service plutôt rapide.

Very nice and clean store. Lots of products, well stocked, a lot of friendly & helpful employees and lots of services offered(photo center, gas station, auto center, pharmacy, optical department and the list goes on and on). A little tricky to get into from the highway but once your there it is worth the effort. Also can be busy on the weekends during the middle of the day, so be there early if you want a quick trip in and out.

Super service. À mon arrivée je reçu un grand sourire de la réceptionniste. J'ai été bien accueilli il mon dit que je serai reçu dans quelques instants et comme de faite je n'ai attendu que 5 min. En 30 min j'étais déjà ressortie merci pour votre bon service. Et je dois dire il ont une montagne de montures.sa ma donner envie de changer mon modèle j'y pense fortement pour mon prochain rendez-vous.

Absolutely amazing service! Everyone that works there was super helpful and kind, I left feeling super happy about my purchase and eye exam. They fitted me perfectly and my new glasses have helped so much, especially adding the blue light! Not to mention they have a great selection of eyewear also, it was hard for me to choose the one that I wanted. The best part is, the prices a fair and the quality of the glasses are amazing.❤️❤️❤️

Great selection of frames and an outstanding service.

Le docteur Larouche est une perle! Très douce (je suis extrêmement sensible des yeux et elle a été parfaitement délicate), à l’écoute et explique toujours ce qu’elle fait à chaque étape. On voit à quel point elle est passionnée par son métier et c’est un pur plaisir d’être à ses soins. Ses collèges à l’accueil se sont montrées très chaleureuses et joviales et à l’écoute de mes besoins ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le seul bémol est le choix limité de montures. Étant un petit local, ils ne vendent pas tous les modèles proposées sur le site internet (quoiqu’on pourrait les commander mais non remboursables sans avoir eu la possibilité d’essayer donc j’ai trouvé cette option trop « risquée »). C’est dommage car je n’ai pas trouvé exactement le look recherché mais j’ai tout de même trouvé une jolie paire qui me satisfait comme première monture et me va comme un gant. Je recommande ce lieu! 🤓

Dr Gourges a accepté de me voir en urgence un lundi soir même si je n'étais pas une cliente de la clinique, il était vraiment déterminé à m'aider. Excellent service Merci !

Satisfaite à la base de l’examen ainsi que de la lunette (+de 500 $), je fais la demande 8 mois plus tard pour l’obtention d’une donnée figurant (normalement) sur la prescription et l’on veut me faire payer 25 $. D’où l’art de surfacturer sa clientèle, et ultimement, de la perdre.
