Inconsistent service. Depending on the day, you can get super friendly staff or real naughty people ! Appointments are required for minor re-adjustments like tightening the arms of glasses and you might have to wait a few weeks to get in. - Appointments with the ophthalmologist take several weeks even when you are seeking medical help for acute eye problem! - We moved our business to where we can get reasonable service.

I have been a customer here for years. Today, I need contacts for a soccer match I was spontaneously invited to. I asked my partner to go pick them up. They said it wasn't a problem, had located my name in the system and I told them it was -4 contacts. He showed up yet was refused, said my name and said it was -4 contacts (which I asked about less than an hour prior). I am quite dissapointed, never to return again. With the limited hours I cannot even go pick them up myself later... Thanks for the horrible service!

Excellent service ! Très grand choix de montures à tous les prix ! La personne qui m'a aidé a réussi à répondre à mes attentes à 100% et a trouvé les lunettes dont je rêvais depuis longtemps ^^ Elle a également pris en compte mon budget pour la finition des verres, ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. Les lunettes sont arrivées en une semaine, tout était impeccable, merci !

I felt that the staff was generally nice but also impatient. The store felt understaffed for a Saturday, especially with the specials they had going on. Finally I made a deposit on a pair and will still follow through with my purchase.

Wow! I love my frames and the new lenses are perfect. This was easy. Very pleased with the service, and the very friendly and helpful staff, and the choice of frames is fantastic. I’ve always had hard a time finding frames that would suite me but Daniel and his staff nailed it! I highly recommend T’as Vue Optique. I can see!!!!!

I almost have nothing negative to say! The doctors do the most amazing eye exam I have even seen! The staff is friendly and helpful. They carry glasses for every budget. The only negative aspect is the long wait for an appointment due to their busy schedule. How can you blame them for doing a great job?

Avant d'acheter, ils se mettent à 4 pattes pour vousservir sourire inclus MAIS après la vente oulala ils font une face de !@$% si vous revenez pour un ajustement, une patte de lunette lousse etc et si vous avez le malheur de revenir apres 1 an pour reserrer une patte il vous regarde comme de la #%&(
