Optometrist

I had to get a follow up check as requested by St. Luke ER after having chemical splashed in my eye. Called for appt. but they were booked til August. (Called June 12th) I explained what was needed and she said they could squeeze me in for 11:45 the next day. Got my check up and some eye drops to go. Friendly and helpful staff. Scheduled a regular appointment for August second for a full exam but during the short checkup, they said I showed 20/20 in both eyes so, probably wouldn't need glasses. Just readers....because.....well.....I'm old. LoL

Knowledgeable, Caring, & Great Staff! I went a few years ago for a checkup and what a great experience. They check your eye site but also for a variety of health issues as well that are linked to your eyes. They are very good at explaining, in easy to understand, terms how your eyes are doing and what needs they can help you with. I will definitely be going back there for my next checkup. I even get my sunglasses there. I bought a pair two years ago and they are still going strong!

Staff were very helpful. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for, they stopped what they were doing and helped me look for it.

Fantastic well educated and polite staff, quality name brand glasses at reasonable prices. The doctors there are great too, wether its for an eye test or something stuck in your eye.

So happy to see that the Vision Clinic made their way to Fonthill! They looked into my insurance for me and I walked out with a beautiful new pair of Versaces. Thank you Vision Clinic staff, you were great as usual!

I highly recommend this office. Dr Hsiung and his staff is not only professional, but friendly, helpful and it feels comfortable as if you are at home when you arrive. He takes the time with you to ensure you understand everything happening with your eyes. I couldn't ask for a better doctor! Donna - She has always been so kind and welcoming. She is efficient and helpful when it comes to questions and is connected with your life. She checked in on me recently knowing I was feeling under the weather. She is an absolute pleasure to see her smiling face when you walk through the doors. Emma - I had recently scratched the lenses of my sunglasses at it was coming up on my year of having them. She told me to leave it with her, she worked her magic and called me a week later when the new lenses had arrived. She is always so thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable. Scott - There has never been a time that I have walked through those doors and Scott has not, with a great big smile on his face, acknowledge me by name by welcoming greeting. He is not only a wealth of knowledge, he just knows the perfect fit and is gently honest to ensure you walk away with the perfect look you are hoping for. He has never steered me wrong. Professionalism is one of Scott's strong suit and I appreciate him. Each and every one of Dr. Hsiung's staff members are the reason I go back to the office. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a team that has your best interest at heart. They answer their phones and I've never had a huge wait to see Dr. Hsiung. If I can give them a higher rating than 5, I would without hesitation!

I have been going here for a little over two years ever since we found out my son needed glasses. He was the only one i could find that sold Miraflex lenses which was awesome. I have gone through 5 pairs of glasses in two years for my son and Chad ALWAYS makes us feel welcome and provides nothing but excellent service. I will continue to go there as long as I can becausr of him and his amazing staff. They even went as far as dropping them off at my house when I couldnt make it to Welland. They are absolutely incredible. Nothing but good things to say about them :)

Friendly staff and great selection on sunglasses and eye wear. Said my glasses would be ready to be pick up in two days and its already been 10.
