I moved out west and was back in town visiting family, Had an emergency contact lense situation aND went to pearle vision because it was open on a Saturday to see if they could help me out. They helped me out huge. Very appreciative of their help and will bring my business there for sure if I ever move back to Welland. It's all welland good. Thanks a lot Pearle vision!

Our family loves Vision Clinic on Glendale Ave. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience here. Go in and ask for Camellia, you will be happy you did. Camellia spends the time finding out exactly what her customers want and truly cares which is hard to find! Vision Clinic has top notch customer service and the best quality products. (What more could you ask for?) Our most recent trip resulted in me getting a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses which are incredible. Horrible service

New to the area, I was looking for an eye doctor that I could trust, as I had my previous one since my very first eye exam. I could not be happier with my choice. Dr. Bebawy is very very friendly, and listened to my concerns about my vision. I was able to make an appointment quickly and at a time that worked with my schedule. When I needed new glasses, they gave me help and provided an opinion on the different styles (even when I was very indecisive!). I am really glad I chose the Enlight Family Eye Clinic!

Very disappointed with the service from this optometrist office. I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment after rushing to arrive on time. I was given a prescription that does not include enough information to order glasses online through an online retailer and despite numerous attempts to get MY information I was denied. I expected more.

These folks have been our optometrists for 16 years, even though we have mainly been 2 1/2 hours away for the past 10. Everyone is very friendly, and I have never left unsatisfied, or without a complete explanation and understanding.

My wife went for a "Comprehensive Eye Exam" and was given the script only to come home and find out there was no P.D. on the script. So when we called for it, they gave us what must of been some obscure P.D. number of 70, because when we ordered glasses from a different place and gave them that P.D. of 70. When my wife got the glasses, she had quite a bit of difficulty seeing through them. Come to find out, her P.D. was 38!!! Now she has to wait so new ones are made!
