I've been buying my glasses at Visualeyes since the early 1990's. I love the great styles they carry and the personal attention I've received. I'm really hard on my glasses. I've had to have numerous adjustments and some repairs. The service and support at Visualeyes has always been outstanding!

From start to finish it was a terrible experience. After a month of headache inducing phone calls and visits I walked away with only half of what I needed.

The triplets are the best by far and with the wonderful service they provide "best" is an understatement! I would recommend this location to anyone who needs correction with their vision! Thank you Ethan, Ean and Evan!

Just got my new Prescription Eye Glass's today Nice Place

Very rude receptionist! She was busy on phone with some other employee and took her sweet time before attending me. And after completing the transaction she tossed my card towards me !! This is a very expensive place where the customer service is zero. Btw the receptionist name was Amanda! I wonder if someone doesn’t like customer service job then why do they take such jobs? Your customers are the reason you get a paycheck bud !!! I will be looking for another place next !!

They have no consideration for their patients. I arrived a little late due to toddler tantrums. It was very early in the morning and DEAD. One patient there. They turned me down, told me I would have to set up another appointment. NO THANK YOU I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!! So I walk out and turn around to see the ladies at the front desk gossiping about me! They have no idea that I had a horrible start to my day and seriously wouldn't take my daughter. They allow 15 minutes late. I was 20 is that a big deal? When I go there and am on time... I end up waiting 20 minutes to be seen anyways. I will never set foot in there again.

These guys are amazing.We bought my little guy's glasses there for which he needs repair or adjustment pretty much weekly and they are always all smiles and willing to help. They are very fashion conscious to help pick out the right pair.

Me and my 2 adult children go there and we have had a great experience.Love the Doctor, great sense of humor! We all received our glasses promptly.

I had my eye exam and glasses made there and they were very proffesional,and answer every question i had.i will only go there from now on.

If i could give this place more than 5 stars i absolutely would...the staff are all amazing friendly and very helpful !
