Great place to buy your eye glasses and a very helpful team.

I've gone here everytime for my eye exams. I have some issues with my eyes and they help me in making sure I get the right glasses that suit what I need. Also very well priced for lenses as well. Always a great help!

Front end staff were amazing! They take the time to talk to you on the phone and answer any questions you have, booked my husband and I as new clients in first thing the next morning. Had our eye exam, explained all aspects of the process, we both saw Dr. LeDrew who did a thorough analysis and gave an honest opinion on your personal needs. Excellent, friendly staff, quick service (hubby got his prescription and glasses in 30 mins)! Highly recommended! Thanks to you all and keep up the great work!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable at their craft. Go out of their way to make me feel satisfied, each and every trip I make to them. Wouldn't go anyplace else.

My boyfriend never speaks ill of anyone but the experience he had from the staff made him very upset last night. He was asking for options for prescriptions and safety glasses and the staff made him feel that he’s unwelcomed, cheap and should just pay and leave. They didn’t even bother asking if he has insurance, which he does! The doctor who looked out for him was very nice though. We will be doing business with someone else that’s for sure.

This time round I had my eyes examined by Dr Ian Scholfield, was very impressed with the detail and care he took. I did not feel rushed in any manner. Dr Scholfield took the time and explained every step. I have great confidence in him. My eyes have never been examined in such detail before. Thank you. M.Corso (Ravenwing is my jewelry making name) This place is the most friendly, caring, concerned about my health than any other over my 68 years. From checking in, the techs performing tests to the amazing Dr. SAMPLES, and his Tech Amy, the entire team is fantastic. I'm losing sight in my right eye and they are going to to do every thing possible to save it. I couldn't recommend them more highly! I'm so lucky to have been referred to them. They actually care about you as a person, not a source of revenue. Extremely caring and competent.......best there is!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I brought a client on mine in who’d broken his glasses frame and they repaired it for him, even though he wasn’t a patient of theirs. The exams are always done well. Information is always clear and concise. Billing has never been an issue. The glasses selection is varied enough to be able to get what I want.

This is my 3rd review of this business. Doctor Sarah Olmschenk and her staff are among the best I've experienced for optometry. To boot, they deliver on customer service, second to none. HIGHLY recommended should you are searching for a vision doctor who has your vision interests in focus and provide the best service, then this office is what you ate looking for.
