Optometrist

This location is great! The staff are very friendly and professional, they helped me out with the issue I was having with my glasses, they were great with my kids, which was a big plus, cause they were getting bored waiting for me getting my glasses fixed. Chantelle is awesome!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, prices were very fair. They put a rush on my order and made sure I received them before my holidays!

Horrible horrible service there. They did nothing to help me at all and now I have to run around town trying to find someone who will give me contacts. I will NEVER go to this business every again. You don’t need to make everyone’s life so difficult. These are my eyes, you do not own my eyes. Good day!

Dr. Deschamps is a very knowledgeable doctor and is great with my kids! It's nice to have a great doctor to go to locally

Great Service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and fast turn around! Was very impressed with the service. This will be my go to place in the future!

Really love it and it perfectly fit and friendly

LOVE this place! very great customer service, always helpful, very clean! Also, have all access to try them on (some places lock all their showcases)... Definitely recommend this place.

I odered my glasses over 20 days ago. I have called for updates and was told because of Cchristmas it would be longer (thats totally fine I get that) but I was told 10 days max and have still not received the glasses I paid in full for 20 days ago!! Not only that I have called 4 diffrent times for updates. The 2nd time I was told my glasses were Just cut and would be here latest Thursday. To my surprise I didn't receive a call that day. So I called the Friday to be told the machine they use to cut was down and my glasses had not been started thus was 18 days after I ordered and paid. I asked for my money back or a part of it and was told "it wasnt their problem it was the factory, there is nothing they can do". I was then told Monday thwu would have them, that is today and guess what no glasses. And now they dont evem know where they are. I will never shop here again, they are extremly disorgnized and rude. Once they have your money they could care less what happens.

I've been going to Dr. McIvor for several years now and he is fantastic. He's very professional and I've never had an issue. I've even recommended him to several friends who have also had great experiences.

I got my eyes checked here once!

Zero ethics, zero customer services, force selling culture and only good in ripping people. ————Visit this clinic at your own risk———— - At Bains Vision - client means = credit card; - client insurance coverage = dr Bains pocket money - Wrong Lens prescription = more money in future.

I set up an appointment for a full eye exam. I knew something was off about my eyes as I kept getting headaches . I'm in school, So I read a lot and I'm on the computer often. Turns out I needed a prescription. I love that they direct bill. I didnt need to worry about any costs. I had my glasses in a couple days and I was very pleased with the service I received. And guess what? No more headaches. I made appointments for my kids as well, and was surprised how well Dr. Brar worked with my kids. My son can be a handful. (He's 3) and I was impressed also very proud that he was able to relay information back to Dr. Brar . She was excellent with my squirmy 3 year old. Would definitely recommend FYidoctors to family and friends. 😊

it was a good visit to choice optical. I would highly recommend them to everyone in calgary. So efficient and professional. Nader and Sonia took their time discussing my concerns about contact lenses,, aswell as helping me pick out the perfect frames that best suited my face. and affordable pricing!
