I had been putting off getting my eyes checked because of the weekly hustle and bustle. But Dr. Fung's clinic is open on Saturdays. Thank you for seeing patients on Saturdays that is so helpful. It was great meeting such a warm and welcoming group of professionals. Thank you for being so accommodating with your hours and so good at taking care of my eyes.

Dr. Fung was super knowledgable and efficient. I have very sensitive eyes to bright light so I really appreciated the fast exam. She and Sam really made my day with all the extra attention they gave me when choosing my first pair of frames. I definitely would recomend Lumina. Great staff, awesome selection and gentle care.

First of all this office is not even there anymore so you should be updating your website , very unprofessional establishment my daughter had a follow up appointment booked for July 18th and as I drove by a week before appointment I noticed they were not even there! No one ever called to let me know this office wouldn't be open or to rebook to other location nothing!! This comes as no surprise to me , as a previous bad experience here had me not wanting to bring my daughter back here anyway. I order glasses from here for my daughter when it came time to pick them up I was given the run around from the different receptionists , then they actually told me a man came to pick them up gave my daughters name and everything which is impossible!! They asked me multiple times to make sure no one came to pick them up which they didn't I know this because I am the sole caregiver of my daughter and there is no one who could of picked them up. Eventually they agreed to make her new glasses. Horrible experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

Forever grateful Tried calling everywhere could not fine a doctor since it’s Dec 31st and COVID time. Dr Guo picked up the phone and agreed to see me after I explained my eye problem, on his day off! He was thorough and very patient, I cannot thank him enough.

This doctor has no consideration whatsoever. She makes you wait for over 1.5 hours or more for an appointment. And you would think that taking the first appointment is better, think again because it's the same! I will be bringing my family somewhere else! And the glasses she sells are over priced!
