Saw the negative reviews which is why I am posting positive one. My brother and his family going to him for years he recommend me to see him. My experience was nothing but positive. Yes his costs are more than others when you see the machines they use on you before you see doctor its worth it. Very few doctors have these advance machines. Normal doctor you just read chart they look into your eyes thats it. Totally different here. Sorry for long review but if your comparing prices you need to know his eye exams go beyond the typical one.

I've been going here since they opened. Chris is knowledgeable and always helpful. They have a good range of styles, and will make recommendations based on looks, quality, and comfort, not just price. They also have an awesome selection of sunglasses. There are some badass Oakley's there that I will buy some day. This is the best optician in the city.

Been coming to Dr Marconi for a few years now, and hands down the most thorough eye exam I've ever had! Even if your insurance doesn't cover it, a current rate of $90.00 is a great investment to ensure your eyes stay healthy. If you want to take your eye health seriously, do yourself a favour and book an appointment with her office NOW!

Just went today to get a consultation and a pair of glasses. The staff were very friendly, professional and quick to help. The optometrist was great and definitely knew his stuff. I was able to get my glasses and take them home the same day. I would highly recommend this place.

I wanted my eyes to checked in great detail, care and professionalism. That’s exactly what I got from my visit at this optometrist. I would like to recommend them to all.

I was looking for a specialist in hard contact lenses for around 7 years, I have a high astigmatism and they are my only option. I went to so many optometrists and no one could help, they could not figure out my prescription properly with the shape of my eye. I was really frustrated. Finally I found Dr. Edward Chow, he reduced my astigmatism, working to correct the shape of my eye and the fit for my contact lenses was perfect with just one appointment. I am relieved that I can count on him.

I went here for an appointment for my son. The optometrist was very good. He explained well the issues and made an excellent recommendation. He also checked my eye glass lenses without hesitation even though I did not have an appointment. The optical store salesperson/receptionist on the other hand was a little standoff-ish.

This is the ONLY place I will ever buy my glasses. I have purchased three pairs of glasses from Eyewear By Olga, and am excitedly waiting for my fourth. So it had been a few years since my last eye exam and lo and behold, my old optometrist had packed up shop. I came across Dr. Lo's office and I'm certainly glad I did. It was a top notch and a professional experience from start to finish. However; before I get to the actual service, I must state how convenient the office location is. If you're a driver, this location is excellent. (If you're not, it's right off a bus route!). Ample free parking (great if you hate stressing about parking!) and her office is right on the main floor. Upon entering her office, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist. I forget her name (sorry if you're reading this, lol) but she was very courteous and polite. The office is nice and clean. Then came Dr. Lo. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt all my questions and concerns were addressed with care. I also brought my mother to get her eyes examined. If you're familiar with the elderly and slightly hypochondriac mother types, then you'll appreciate that Dr. Lo was very patient and kind with her. Emphasis on the "patient"! On the bonus side, the plaza has some great eats and drinks to have before or after the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Lo for anyone needing their eyes examined.
