Optometrist

Poor customer service. Inexperienced doctors, very hard to get booked with the owner and receptionists need clear training.

Had great eye exams with Dr. Yu for both kids (3.5 and 9 months). He was very patient and kind even though they were a bit of a handful! My husband and I came back for our appointments a few weeks later, again with both kids in tow. He is very personable and professional and took the time to explain all of the exams and testing he was doing, as well as the results and what everything meant. I spent a lot of time with Michelle selecting my frames. She was very honest and helped me select a great looking pair and I never felt rushed through the whole process. Would highly recommend coming here. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Yu and staff.

The staff were warm and kind; however, I wasn't so sure about Dr. Lonsdale. I got the impression that my uneducated answers to his questions regarding current vision issues were obnoxious to him and/or it seemed he had better things to do.. Or perhaps he was just having a bad day.. Nonetheless, surely if he was interested in your situation, he'd be a great optometrist. I trust the solution offered by Dr. Lonsdale will help, I just wish there was a bit more discussion and detailed advice.

I have been a client for more than a decade. Luckily, I continue to be impressed with the service quality and professionalism. Of late, I was experiencing some vision problems which coincided with the presence of a chalazion (stye). I sent Dr. Dame an email on a Sunday, which he answered the same day. He told me I was doing everything correctly for the chalazion treatment; however, he did not know why my vision had changed, so he recommended I come in on Monday to check it. In doing so, he was able to suggest why my vision was off and felt confident that it would remedy as my chalazion healed. Dr. Dame has a caring manner, he loves what he does, and he is able to educate his clients with glee. His office staff, particularly Sherry and Kathleen, exude kindness and professionalism. I was greeted immediately, and there was no wait time.

The best place I have been in Calgary , always good deals and staff is always nice.

I had very good experience on this clinic when i had my perscription glasses they’re are all accomodating espcially Dhesa who assisted me from the eye check up sched, in choosing the right and suitble optics for me, assistance through my insurance and until my optics arrives. Thumbs up to you Dhesa! Will definitelygo back and likewise recomend you! Continue good your good service.

Dr. Trieu is very attentive and a very knowledgeable doctor. Really helpful staff and great selection of frames. Love my new glasses! I will definitely be back again.

The people here are really great and are very professional. The exams are thorough and products are high quality. So why 3 stars? Price. My glasses here were nearly triple the cost of the same glasses I got from Costco. Nearly identical product. I believe they have a price matching deal now that might help but if I'm getting an estimate at Costco, I might as well just order them there...

The optometrist and the staff are very exceptional! Friendly and helpful and accommodating with appointments.
