They take great care of me and they are so friendly

When I scratched my cornea, I had to make 3 seperate visits for treatment. Each time, I was handled by a different specialist, but they were extremely competent, communicative, and very attentive, making for a seamless transition. They provided comfort, sound advice, and prescription which was more effective than the one provided by the Misercordia.

The men that worked at the store he didn't even tell me the price for half of the stuff but the glasses there was nice.

My family and I always have a great experience at Prairie Eye Care. They are knowledgeable, patient- centered, friendly and professional. The best part is that they always run on time :)

Great glasses but the guy was not that helpful. Have to go at an other Superstore to get my new glasses re-adjusted.

Mr. Gary Butterworth will no show appointments without advising you. Don't risk the inconvenience, book an appointment elsewhere. It's incredibly frustrating to book time off work, fight rush hour traffic, and show up to find that your optometrist decided to take the afternoon off.

Zirka the contact lense fitter is amazing. I have worn contact lenses for over 20 years and she is by far the most thorough and attentive adviser I have ever had. The store is also extremely well stocked with trial lenses. I have a very strong prescription and have NEVER had a store have a trial pair of contact lenses my strength in store (they always have to order them) but this place actually had some, so I could try them that day not having to wait for a couple of weeks. Wonderful experience, I will be referring my friends and family.

My father went to Walmart Vison Centre after work, keep in mind he is a construction worker, and was browsing at the glasses and asked the lady Blinda who was working at the time how much they were and she asked if he wanted them, he replied no; her response was "why are you waiting for your cheque". I am absolutely repulsed by the level of customer service. Is training not offered? Definitely will not be filling any prescriptions for glasses nor contacts here any longer.

Excellent service. I don't feel pushed to buy glasses or contacts from there. They gave me contact samples to test out. Dr Campbell was great to work with.

I arrived and was told to take a seat after waiting 30 I was told sorry the optometrist is running late because he came in late (after I had already waited 30 mins). The optometrist was then very rude and unprofessional. After the eye check I wanted to buy some contact lenses but was told they wouldn't order them untill I made a appointment for a fitting (I have worn these contacts 20 years). They then must order a "trial pair" to see if they work (a couple weeks wait) only then would they order them (another couple weeks wait). I said I'm paying for them and know they work, and need them asap I cannot wait 6 weeks. But they still wouldn't order them. Terrible experience. Will never go there again.

Friendly and professional. Appointment started on time and also answered all my questions. Definitely recommend to family and friends!

I've only been here a handful of times but everytime I've seemed to be ignored or last on the greetings list. When you're just standing behind the counter conversing with your other coworkers please take notice that a customer has entered the store and MAYBE he/she would like some help. Walking right past me to greet another customer that came in a good 10mins after I did doesn't sit with me well. They do have a decent selection but their customer service skills need to improve. I refused to buy anything from there regardless of any deal they had going on at the time, I don't support bad service.
