Optometrist

Been a customer for 3 years. The employees underneath the head guy are not well informed about the policies. My mom and I explained what we were told about the discount for our order from one of the lady workers, but the guy said we were wrong and since we’ve already paid, there’s nothing he will do about it. For luxury glasses, their customer service is dirt. The guy would turn a blind eye if the situation calls for it. Good riddance. Save yourself or your parents the frustration and avoid this location.

I set up an appointment for a full eye exam. I knew something was off about my eyes as I kept getting headaches . I'm in school, So I read a lot and I'm on the computer often. Turns out I needed a prescription. I love that they direct bill. I didnt need to worry about any costs. I had my glasses in a couple days and I was very pleased with the service I received. And guess what? No more headaches. I made appointments for my kids as well, and was surprised how well Dr. Brar worked with my kids. My son can be a handful. (He's 3) and I was impressed also very proud that he was able to relay information back to Dr. Brar . She was excellent with my squirmy 3 year old. Would definitely recommend FYidoctors to family and friends. 😊

A valuable service which directly benefits many applications. This business succeeds and produces results because the staff care about their clients. It's a powerful experience simply entering the office to read what some of their previous patients have written out of gratitude.

I've enjoyed every experience I've had with Dr Lopetinsky at Century Vision Care. He and his staff are very welcoming and professional. He goes into detail about my eye health and what I can do to improve it. I appreciate that they are able to bill my health care provider directly. Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I work close to Urban Eyewear so decided to check them out. Eye exam was VERY comparably priced to Costco and others. Eye dilation is covered under Alberta health care (Which I know my mom was just charged extra at her optometrist for the dilation) Roxana and Dr Marsh are awesome. Roxana was very helpful in helping me find the right pair and such a sweet heart she is!!!!!! I will keep my business at URBAN EYEWEAR FOR SURE!

Very clean and organized office! The receptionist was super friendly, helpful and kind. I had to reschedule my appointment a few times, and she was awesome in helping me with getting all that sorted out. I saw Dr. Sutaria for my eye exam, and she was phenomenal! Dr. Sutaria is very knowledgeable, and took the time to talk to me about my eye health as well, not just vision. Nice, quick exam, and went next door to Pearle Vision to pick out some new glasses! Highly recommend this place! Not overly busy as well!

I got an amazing pair of glasses and lots of help. It was very professional and there was an amazing selection from many name brands. The staff was very helpful in helping me to find a pair that I loved, and there was a short wait time for the lenses. Would definitely come back!

Always bought from this store. This is a high end store with the biggest selection of any eyewear. Staff was straight forward and friendly. You pay for quality frames and lenses. Would recommend this place :)

When I bought my lenses there, the people were super friendly. They suggested I buy a much more expensive set of lenses that would last longer - five or even seven years they said. The lenses did not even make it to the two-year mark customarily guaranteed by honest optometrists. When I went back to show them how the lenses failed (actually peeling off), the people got nasty and just laughed at me. Now their story was that no lenses can ever be guaranteed for more than a year. This place sold me the worst lenses I ever bought, and they also managed to turn into the nastiest people I ever dealt with at an optometrist's office.

john, and lorraine and other employees are amazing and friendly and easy to talk to, as a indiginous woman good help is hard to come by.

Very large Walmart Supercentre. The cashier was pleasant unlike other stores.
