Dr. Singh was super friendly and helpful and I got a best service from Dr. Singh and his staff. I strongly recommend this clinic.

The best optical experience I have ever had. The staff were amazing, so helpful and efficient! Got me in for an emergency last minute appointment and got my glasses done in under 2 hours when on average I have waited 2-3weeks for new lenses. The optometrist was quick and educated. This was the best experience I have had in any setting and I will definitely be coming back. Amazing staff and I will be recommending to every person I know.

This time round I had my eyes examined by Dr Ian Scholfield, was very impressed with the detail and care he took. I did not feel rushed in any manner. Dr Scholfield took the time and explained every step. I have great confidence in him. My eyes have never been examined in such detail before. Thank you. During COVID it is no easy feat to get a new pair of glasses. After 9 attempts I came upon Iris in Parksville and had an amazing experience. Aaron took so much time to let me try on many options before telling me about custom made glasses. After he scanned my face I could virtually try on a combination of various frames with whatever colour combinations I wanted. I now have an awesome pair of glasses, fit just for me. They are very light and so comfortable to wear. No adjustments needed as they were made just for me. Thank you Aaron!

Excellent service - Excellent Price. I shopped for glasses last year and the service here was fantastic and the price was several hundred lower then 4 different stores in Nanaimo that I checked out. Fast forward to this year and I accidentally knelt on the glasses and popped out one of the lenses. I went straight down to the store (on a Saturday, no less) and the owner spent about 20 minutes repairing them. How much did he charge? Nothing. He knows I'm a customer and this fellow looks after his customers. Highly recommended. My second pair will be bought here.

Wow !!! what an experience!! Friendly, and professional .....received new glasses in June really nice frames....I was deployed as a DTF on the wildfires in the caribou and lost my glasses in the fire..FYIdoctors have gone over and above to replace my glasses.. So to all the staff and doctors at FYIdoctors thank you for creating such a heart felt environment....look forward to getting a second set in the the very near future and am recommending all my friends and family to visit your store....2 thumbs up to French creek👍🏻👍🏻

I was not told of all the exams I was going to be having. Just told to go from room to room. Overwhelming.
