Used to work here. Great selection of frames and lenses. Lots of frames sales as expensive well known Optical stores but at much lower price. Great sales. Especially early fall. 1/2 price on everything ie. Lenses, frames, coatings etc. Worth checking out. Because it is in Superstore, weekly gift applies and can get points on card.

Wow this office is Great! Happy friendly staff with great selection of frames and sunglasses! Carolin was fantastic helped pick out a great frame and I also splurged and purchased prescription sunglasses Maui Jim's terrific!! I went to Cowichan Eyecare with my two daughters and was impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. All three of us had a great visit, my girls were all smiles the whole time - we'll be back!

Dr. Ramstead and his staff are top notch. The whole experience from the first appointment to the after care ( he personally called to see how I was doing afterward ) could not be better. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

Excellent , attentive, caring service. I’m so pleased with my progressive lenses in both pair of glasses that I received on the 2x 1 sale. First time in my experience of buying glasses that I was encouraged to take 5 pair of frames home to get opinions from my family and friends!

Contrary to the other posters comment regarding the doctor, I found him to be very polite and informative. The exam was conducted well, and the other staff were very helpful also. Plus they were cheaper and had a much sooner appt then superstore optical.

I recently had a great experience at the ladysmith and Nanaimo location. I'm so glad a chose FYI for my eye care. Was my first visit and they made me feel very welcome and everyone was very knowledgeable. I can't wait for my new glasses!

Second time there, first time Dr. Morin, this time I saw Dr. Nicole Hewitt, great professional, direct to the point and friendly. I can highly speak about her. Staff, again very caring and helpful. Highly recommended!

This is my 3rd review of this business. Doctor Sarah Olmschenk and her staff are among the best I've experienced for optometry. To boot, they deliver on customer service, second to none. HIGHLY recommended should you are searching for a vision doctor who has your vision interests in focus and provide the best service, then this office is what you ate looking for.

I am amazed that this do not hVe anyway you can cancel an appointment on a weekend My appointment is for Monday 17 th January 2022 I called to cancel but answer machine does not take messages … who knows why I need to cancel 48 hours ahead of time but there is NO where that i can get email address to do this and cannot leave a message …. I have done my part in trying to get in touch and so i will not be paying any cancelation fees So what next ? Any suggestions …. Other than being able to get in touch with a email after hours , the clinic is superb . Thank you
