Optometrist

I have bought my 3rd pair of glasses from Brian from RX Eyewear. He is fast, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I broke my glasses while on holiday, I called Brian he had them repaired and made sure they fit correctly. I like the fact it is by appointment only and I get one on one, uninterrupted service. I am a happy repeat customer and recommend him to all my friends.

The Doctors and staff are absolutely amazing! Really appreciated the effort and understanding each individual had while working with me on my insurance, eye health concerns, and of course my amazing new glasses. I will definitely be back and will be recommending Lewis County Eye & Vision to everyone I know.

Like most people my experience here was terrible. Waiting 3 weeks for my glasses. No apology. Awful customer service. I'll never go back.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Thuy, she was extremely thorough about explaining all the steps and making sure I was comfortable. The staff was able to help me find frames that fit my face well. The whole process from exam to pick up was easy and quick. I also love that they are family owned and operated.

Not much selection. Expensive / long wait time for what you end up getting.

My husband needed an immediate eye exam as he was experiencing pain and discomfort. FYIdoctors was able accommodate him within just a few hours. I found everyone to be welcoming and professional. We plan to come here for our regular eye examinations.

Dr. Ezra is really good at what he does. I have an astigmatism and one eye is nearly blind. He worked with me to get my prescription as close to good sight as possible and Nate (who helps you pick glasses) helped me pick a pair of glasses from their diverse options that looked good. I highly recommend Optix.

Dr. Leekha was excellent--I can't recommend him highly enough. He was thorough, knowledgeable and informative and he took the time to provide sufficient detail, so that I left feeling confident my eyes were well looked after. His staff are very friendly and they went over and above, to make sure my visit was seamless and I had the information I needed.

Staff is great

My mom and I have both used Dr. Schaafsma for our eye car and are more than pleased. He is very professional and caring and his staff have been wonderful to the two of us. I lost my snap on sunglasses barely a week after purchasing them and they had a replacement ready for me to pick up the following week. Living on a little island, it is wonderful to have a pleasant and caring eye care professional coming over once a week to see to your eye-care needs.
