Optometrist

What a pleasure have Specs as my optometrists! The girls are lovely, friendly and more than careful with everything little thing to do with your eyes. Feels like a family when you go in and visit as they are all so happy to help and they all greet you with smiles on their faces which is more than I can say about the bigger practices. They could learn a thing or 2 from Daska and her team. Highly recommended!

A customer of many years, I can't recommend the Optical Studio highly enough. They have excellent choices of frames and good advice about both lenses and contact lenses. Their eye tests are also very thorough so travel many miles to use them!

Before I would give it a 5 star rating. Now I will give it a 1 star rating, because they changed their policy. Especially for the kids.

Having bought glasses since 1985, I can truly say I have finally found the perfect opticians. The advice Minakshi, the optometrist, gave me was more helpful than the advice I got from a Moorfields specialist. The quality and style is second to none - much better than any high street outlet!

Excellent customer service at the Canary Wharf branch, highly recommended for high quality and reasonably priced glasses - I have 3 pairs of OQ glasses. The glasses arrived quicker than anticipated, as the customer service representatives are proactive in following up with their manufacturers periodically.

Amazing staff and super helpful

Went to Ollie Quinn Putney the other day to get both prescription glasses and sunglasses. The service was fantastic, I was served by Andy who was very helpful picking out the styles that would suit me best and I received both glasses very quickly. Very happy with both frames. Thanks Ollie Quinn will come again :)

Sounds like cons. The receptionist only wanted to confirm that £500 appointment with me and when I started asking questions she said she’s in a hurry and that I should email her to get the appointment Bad experience on first call so wouldn’t go there

Excellent contact lens sight test and tutorial. Ive never used contact lenses before and Nancy, who showed me how to put them in and take them out was very patient and encouraging and gave me lots of useful hints.

Switched to this place for my eye tests today and very pleased I did. They were extremely thorough, listened and gave a lot of advice. I have a dry eye condition and previous opticians (boots) had not been very helpful. The lady testing my eyes was very knowledgable and informed me not just about new products that could help but also about what is coming out soon. Could not fault a thing and left feeling much more positive about my eyes and that I am now in safe hands.
