Optometrist

I lost my sunglasses literally days before we left for a nice vacation, they didn't even hestitate getting a new pair of prescription sunglasses for me in a day! Absolutely amazing service!

I happily call this place my "go-to" for getting eye exams and glasses. I have a very strong prescription (-9) and came here today to get my eyes tested. Dr J.P. Johnson is a phenomenal eye doctor. He was very thorough in discussing my options and answered all my questions. It was obvious he really had his best interest at heart for me. After the exam, the friendly staff Member Alicia helped me pick out a frame that worked best for my situation and thoroughly answered my questions regarding lens coat options. I look forward to coming back here for further business in the future! :)

awesome service, great prices :)

Our son, Jon was it in the eye by flying bark mulch Friday afternoon befor a long weekend. He was in a lot of discomfort and couldn’t open his eye. Dr Davies saw him emergently, removed the offending slivers, covered his pupil with a temporary lense and came in on the statutory holiday to remove the contact and assess healing. Five stars for your clinic for sure!!! With gratitude, Janice Davies (No relation) Squamish BC

Our glasses from another Iris were damaged during repairs at another at that location. This location agreed to fix them at no cost to us. We're very grateful!

Great customer service and very competitive prices. Come in for buy-one-get-one until the end of summer!

I had a very thorough and professional exam here for an eye health issue.

Just called 6 times never got an answer, what a joke.

Poor customer service - I made an appointment to see the optometrist for a work related eye exam and when I arrived they did not have the ability to bill my insurance company directly. The only option they provided was for me to pay out of pocket and have me go through the hassle of getting reimbursed. I left and went to another optometrist in the mall and had no issues. I provided the same information and they did it all online for me.

I looked high and low for frames and Costco had the best selection, and honestly the prices were great, even for their designer frames. I saw prices at least half of what the cost was in other stores for the exact same frames. The service is also amazing here, all of the staff all have qualifications and are not just regular sales staff.. and they don't work on commission. The service was the best here out of any of the many stores that I went to. Next time I need frames and lenses, I'll be going here.. I'm really happy I heard someone say to check Costco out. If you are looking keep in mind that the selection is always changing and different locations have different frames..

At the beginning I was looking at Image Optometry's $89 deal that includes eye exam. I managed to stumble by Optik International. I was comparing the review on Groupon and of course Optik had 10 times more! DEFINITELY a well deserved with all the great reviews. I am very happy that I choose Optik, Ali was very very helping and took the time to weave through the glasses I choose and told me which ones looked good on me. I had the eye exam there as well and I am very happy with the doctor in call that day. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good advise because I had a bad infection to my eye a few years back. This is definitely my place to go to for my next pair of glasses and eye exam! Thank you to all that helped me out to pick the perfect glasses.

Excellent service - really appreciated Joe, Kathy and Kaliope’s patience and attention attending to my senior parents’ optical needs. Thank you kindly folks!

Unfortunately the receptionist was Unbelievabley rude. I called because my eye is in immense pain from a reoccurring retinal tear and I was in need of help but the receptionist was so rude, unsympathetic and not willing to help me in any way, shape or form. Honestly she made it seem like I was annoying her by asking for help. I will never be calling them again or be recommending them to any one.

Staff are amazing! Dr. Poon is great and really nice. He will take care of you and your family. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Hua is the best optometrist!! She is very gentle during the eye exam and made me feel super comfortable. She also made several awesome recommendations to me, specifically customized to me. Would recommend Dr. Hua to anyone!
