I went to Dr Yew for a routine eye checkup and for contact fitting. She was extremely professional but also personable, and knowledgable on all things eye related. Would definitely recommend going to this optometrist for not only checkups, but also any urgent eye matters. I was very satisfied with the service.

Very professional, courteous and helpful place. From doctor to receptionist, everyone was very helpful and above all caring. This was my very first visit where I saw Dr Kamal, she was very polite and friendly. Made correct diagnosis in my case and didn't even charge me as I wasn't covered but I think it was primarily because I was already on anti biotics and she wanted me to be comfortable...thank you😊 Regards Muneeza ali

Definitely a 5 star operation. Everyone on staff is friendly and professional, they actually seem to care that your appointment was carried out to your complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Great eye doctor who I have been seeing for a couple years now!

Had a great experience here, my glasses needed a quick tune up and they did it without any questions.

Nice courteous service. Good frames at reasonable prices. Lenses though always bother me for sometime when I purchase them from here. I don't have this issue when I purchase from Hakim or Loblaws.

After being a patient for years they are not willing to accomodate an emergency! I was having trouble with my vision and told was to come in and wait. After making me sit for 2 hours I was told they would not have time to see me! While I was waiting they saw several patients and as per usual they had free time while drops were being allowed to take effect. Not once did Dr. Lee come out and even lok at me. She would walk by and ignor me then huddle with the rude receptionist. Eventually after 2 hours, receptionist told me she wouldnt have time to see me today!! Then she closed. Who does that! Had I been told right from the get go, I could have found another Doctor's office who was willing to see me. I DO NOT recommend this office.

Dr Cookson is amazing and great with kids. My son is hard of hearing and I asked her if she could wear FM System and she said for sure 😃. She was great to listen to my concerns and questions and took the time with me. My son need to have vision therapy and she was very helpful to inform me what to help him with at school and home. I’m truly greatful my son is finally getting the help he needs. After seeing three Optometry finally one figured out the problem with his vision. She is amazing and her staff is too. Everyone is so very welcoming and great with kids and adults. Thank you for everything you have done 😊 for my son and my other kids.

Best optometrist in my 40 years of eye check up experience. Dr. Sakhichand has been my family's doctor for 12 years. He takes the time to give an accurate prescription. I never feel rushed through. Elish Jurrius

Buyer beware specially when they try to sell you their most expensive lenses (contacts & glasses). Once the sale is done and you encounter problems, they will not even respond to your email. Never again! Recent reply to post from owner: how convenient they did not receive my email. Used car salesman response. Very disappointing and speaks loads about the company's culture. Once more, buyer beware!!!

I just went back in here after a year to get my glasses tightened and could not believe the amazing customer service I received for not even making a purchase the guy pulled up a chair for me fixed my glasses then without be even asking offered me another cleaning bottle, cloth, and mini screw AMAZING PLACE WITH AMAZING PEOPLE!! Definitely going to come back here to get my prescription sunglasses!
