Highly recommended. Dr. Agarwal always makes coming in for an eye exam a pleasant experience. My entire family is seen by Dr. Agarwal every year and we will continue with her care because she makes us feel important as she truly cares about the health of our eyes. She is extremely knowledgeable and informative. They have a great selection of glasses with staff who are always willing to help.

Dr Jon Barnes is an exceptional optometrist! My husband and I have been seeing him for 10 years now. He has given us excellent eye care over all these years, and has helped us both with different and serious eye complications. He is conscientious and thorough, an excellent listener, who never rushes his patients, but instead encourages questions. He explains issues carefully and provides excellent follow-up. Jan, his receptionist and assistant, is equally professional, competent, and helpful. She deals with everyone in the same positive, friendly, and helpful way. Both Dr. Barnes and Jan offer excellent advice on the choice of glasses and lenses from their wide selection of styles. They make an excellent team and we are thankful to have them right in Stouffville!

Dr. Christine is very professional and patient. My daughter began to wear her first pair of OK lenses here, and she said the world became brand new since then. My daughter really enjoys the convenience it brings. The only regret is she didn’t wear it earlier. There were periodic checkups (1-2 weeks) after the lens wearing. They changed the lenses because the diopter of my daughter slightly adjusted. And it’s for free! Now it fits perfectly. All staffs here are friendly. I think it’s a smart decision to choose this clinic!

I have nothing but positive comments for the superior treatment and service we received at Ajax Family Eye Care. From the initial appointment to the delivery of new eyeglasses, the experience was exemplary. Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor who displays patience and great attention to detail. The eye examination that I received was extremely comprehensive and as a result, the new glasses that I ordered was the best prescription I had had in years. The wide range of options in the eyeglass selection is wonderful and has not only a wide range of options but also of price points. When there was a frame that I liked, but not in the colour that I wanted, the staff was quick to order in the other colour for me to try. When my glasses arrived, Dr. Patel took the time to ensure that they were comfortable. The entire experience was positive and the people to whom I have referred to Ajax Family Eye Care have been equally impressed.

ended up wasting my money. Gave me wrong prescription. I bought a new frame and lense with prescription given by him. Saw stuff blurry. Had to pay more to get re tested by some one else and new prescription.

Received a great experience at Kodak eye care - Harwood. The reception was welcoming and Dr. Daniel Daraban was very tryexplicit during the eye examination. I dId not try their lens crafting division yet. But I will definitely do in time.
