Pest Control

This was beyond a stressful time for myself and my family, we tried getting rid of these things ourselves, but after 1 month realized we needed professional help. We called Mike at allphase, and he was super knowlegeable and really took the time to talk to me and explain all the steps. He came in, blasted the house with heat, and I have not yet seen one since. It has been almost 1 month, I'm still super paranoid, but I'm hoping they're gone for good...

Called Saturday, Ash came to visit Monday. Very knowledgeable and didn't try and make us get extra stuff we didn't need. Very good service. Thanks!

We live in a semi-detached home backing onto greenspace, so there are lots of mice running around. Our shared neighbour had been hearing mice in her walls for well over a year and had tried traps and bait first. The problem did not go away permanently. We did not know we had mice until Paul went into our attic to do an inspection and came back with a phone video of tunnels and droppings in the insulation. The insulation had kept them quiet as they crossed over from the neighbour's house. Paul pointed out that using poison has long term issues because if birds eat the poisoned mice on the way back to their home in the woods, the birds can die too. We chose to completely mouse proof the entire house. The cost for both sides of the semi came to about $4700. Not cheap, but there is a lifetime guarantee which we did not see with any other company. The process took an entire day as they put together custom made cages for all the vents, caulked areas, put mesh around the soffit corners, put ventilated plugs in brick breathing holes and installed several one way exit shoots for any mice that may have gotten trapped inside. These exit shoots will be removed in the future. Since the work was done in July, my neighbour has not heard anything in her walls. We also just had a new roof installed and since the vent cages were saved, All Wildlife agreed to come back and replace them at no charge. If you have an ongoing mouse problem, I would recommend using this company.

Had mice in shop took care of it in a timely fashion and fair price

I really appreciated the thoroughness and speed of the technician that came to our facility. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, and showed me further areas that would need attention in the near future. Much appreciated!

They came out and gave me some great advice regarding a skunk problem. We called because we heard good things about them from our neighbour's so I will be happy to call them again in the future.

They took care of my wasp infestation quick and painlessly. Very professional employees, good service, and reasonable prices.

All Pest is a great organization to deal with - they take care of my requests for service promptly. I would definitely recommend them for all your pest control needs.

We recently had members of the Skedaddle team to our home in Niagara Falls to assist with our rat issue. And what an issue it was! All members of the team, from our first encounter with phone support to removal of the one way door, were incredibly professional and appreciatively courteous and understanding of the situation. Glenn H. answered our myriad of questions and explained the process thoroughly. He took the time to sit, understand our situation and reassure that the end result would be the removal of rats from our home. We felt better after that visit knowing that there truly was an end in sight! Joshua M, Dylan and Mat made a great team. They worked to secure our home in unpleasant conditions. They had to go under our deck in the heat and humidity and they did so with smiles. They were friendly, answered questions thoroughly and assured us that we would eventually be safe and free of these little critters! Andrew G was here today to remove the one-way door. He was kind enough to indulge me when I asked to see what he was removing/replacing. Again, under the deck he went! Thank you all for providing the expertise that we needed during this very unpleasant situation.

Extremely professional and reliable people to work with. Amazing customer service. There's no hidden fees and they will ensure the problem is solved in a timely manner. I would not call anyone else for future problems. Highly recommend their services to everyone in need!!

Great service! Prompt and quick. Would recommend them to anyone!

I just want to compliment Action Pest for not only doing a good job but for actually coming out quickly because I had a tenant who was freaking out over bed bugs. The lady who answered the phone in the office was not only courteous but was able to get all the information emailed to my tenant to prepare and when Scott came out to do the job he spent about 20 minutes before hand going over everything with my tenant. Also got rid of our bug problem.

The owner took my call and was very professional. He was flexible with time and was able to accommodate my schedule. He came in and inspected the house, clogged the holes and completed his work, and helped clean up the house of the mice. He personally assured me of a mice free house and it seems to be staying that way. Great work done! Highly recommended

Have try them yet just heard from friend they good
