First off, Rachelle is incredibly polite and kind to the human and doggie customers as a rule - we have been a little late or early on some occasions - life happens - so when we give her a heads up of the lateness/earliness, she is always happy to accommodate if she can (hasn't been a situation yet where she isn't able to find a workaround for us). As for the doggo customer variety, our dog is so excited to see Rachelle when we drop her off, and happy (and pooped from all the love, attention, and exercise) when we pick her up - which to me is the best indicator of someone who is taking care of your dog like it was their own. Rachelle and her staff have always been so warm and welcoming to me and my pooch - the only way I can explain the negative reviews is that you can't satisfy everyone, and some people are impossible to please.. For the person who complained about tipping; google it - it is customary to tip a groomer in normal society. And I am more than happy to tip someone who goes above and beyond for my pooch while still charging around what the larger big box groomers charge. She deserves the tip for several reasons: she does not charge for extra attention/hugs and activities and so on, while other places do (believe it or not!), she has a passion for her work and the dogs that is difficult to come by. I have tried many groomers in the past, and the attention to detail, professionalism, as well as the joy brought to my pooch by Rachelle and her team are reasons to never settle for less.

Update: my dog seems to come back sick everytime we go here. Not sure why this keeps happening, but it only seems to happen here. I've been using the Doggie Day Camp service for about a month now and have been very pleased with the service and care that goes into looking after my dog. My dog did get hurt twice by getting involved with some rough play, but the staff immediately took her to the vet and covered any antibiotics expenses. I've been a returning customer for this reason. Great friendly and responsible staff, highly recommend this to anyone!

Our two dogs, Willie and Dexter ABSOLUTELY LOVE GOING TO JODI'S BARK AND PLAY. Willie is a 8 year old chocolate lab who has been going to Jodi's playdays and overnight stays for 4 years. He won't play with us but can't wait to get to Jodi's to play with the other dogs. He literally runs in the door and is so excited to be there. Our Dexter is a 1 year old rescued dog - and Jodi helped us work through a number of issues with him. At first I thought we had made a mistake in adopting him, but with the help of Jodi, her great staff - and all of those other dogs at the kennel - we now have a lovable, wonderful rescue dog. I literally can't say enough about what a great, friendly and accommodating place Jodi's is. The play sessions are all supervised by great staff and the dogs are separated according to their needs. Jodi also offers grooming - and takes the time needed with the dogs. We've also used the training that is offered through a great trainer and held at Jodi's place. If you have a dog that is giving you issues at home, go see Jodi. Your dog will come home exhausted - and much better behaved! A tired dog is a happy dog.

We got our two dogs there. If they are still in business of breeding golden retrievers in a few years, we will get the next one there also.

Okay service found it very overpriced for quality of cut. Dog has any mats right away they want more money which seems silly to me. Taken dogs to over 10 different groomers none of them ever did that.

The trainers are spectacular! Very knowledgeable and patient.

Pick up my bird feeding supplies here always a pleasant shopping experience.
