She did a wonderful job on our Persian Wally Very clean and we will definitely be back

This place started off great, but has gone downhill big time. First off, they need people who can actually trim nails. There should be some white left but not that much. Both my dogs nails feel sharp and I've been thinking it was odd how their nails would seem long again in a weeks time. Secondly, they ask if we would like a call when they finish with our dog, out of all the times we've been there we have not received one call telling us our dog was done and we showed up before the three hour mark to see that they were finished and probably have been done for a while. Last is the major reason why I will never go back. When we picked up my dog, he was in a kennel. What was their excuse? He was peeing everywhere. We weren't impressed but went with it, paid the ridiculous price and left. Ridiculous as in 70 dollars for a small dog to be groomed with a nail 'trim' for my other dog that doesn't even feel like anything has been done. Then they open the gate and let my dog out. He is not trained off leash so if someone opened the door, our dog would have been gone. That is another thing that we've kind of let slide before but realize, it's laziness from the employees side who actually still had the harness. Its not that difficult to put on. If it is at LEAST pick him up and hand the dog over or have the doorway blocked off better. When we brought Simba for a walk, he anxiously had to go pee. He did the longest pee he's done in a while. It was obvious he wasn't peeing everywhere and something else went down that they were not telling us about. When my mom called, they blamed it on him not being fixed causing him to pee more. Its strange how he doesn't pee everywhere at home and only pees the normal amount when being let out. We believe it was the owners/managers discriminating against him for not being fixed yet, or another dog was being aggressive (We saw a white one there that kept going at him) yet he was the one punished for it. It's unfortunate that I've recommended this place in the past to many people. I will make sure to let people know NOT to go there. Not only did you lose one dog, but two and it's not going to stop there. I know a lot of people with dogs who I will be happy to tell about the way this place is ran.

A bigger animal lover does not exist. I recommend Nicole highly.

Good location and excellent service. Have recommended several times to others who have been more than satisfied.

Snuffy looked like a mongrel when I dropped her off and now she looks like a super model! Thank you Doug for the dramatic make over and for caring about Snuffy.

Very good with the dogs does great work

Dr. Steve rocks!

The store is always fully stocked with nothing but the best products. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. The owner of the store was able to help me create a diet for my dog that was specific to his needs. My dog's health has significantly improved due to the advice and products I have gotten at the RAW source. Thank you for aways going above and beyond and being so helpful!!

I adopted my kitty from whispurr lane ragdolls about 1 year ago now, and I cannot recommend a better place to gain a family member! My cat is not only beautiful to look at but such a sweet personality! I have always had ragdolls but this experience has been by far the best and most professional. Highly recommended!

So glad I went here today great place for all things birds

Bentley has been visiting Michelle for almost 6 years! He is treated really well and I have never been upset with the results of the grooming. Her place is clean and easy to access. I highly recommend!
