Pet

although our dog has NOT been to this location, the lady on the phone was AWESOME! and sooooo knowledgeable! She is so popular that she is booking like 4 weeks from now! Although I hope to be able to meet her in person one day (and maybe have our rescued groomed lol) her customer service was top notch! Would totally recommend her to anyone! - and the fact that she recommended another groomer was just lovely! No groomer wars here! Just a sisterhood of groomers :-)

Our experience with Elena was very educational and thorough. We rescued Forest from a bad situation, he was unsocialized, scared and a professional barker. Forest was also not housetrained and knew zero commands. But, he had a very sweet side to him; a side of him that Elena taught us to nuture, using assertive commands and techniques, along with providing him the necessary chew sticks and toys needed to rewire his fear-based brain. He now knows how to sit, stay, come, lie down and walk beside. He also has a strong bond with mom and dad and is now learning to trust others. The No Barking Forest is slowly starting to appear! What I appreciated the most from Elena’s services was her accessibility. After initially inquiring, she responsed the same day and whenever I had a concern in between weekly sessions, she was only an email or call away! Forest, mom and dad have continued work to do and that’s a commitment you make when you choose to rescue. So, even after our lessons were completed, Elena has stayed in touch to provide any added support, because Elena loves all her puppies! Thank you Elena and Adorable Pets.

Absolutely wonderful groomer. I went to see Eggie for the first time today and got my two little yorkipoos bathed, blow-dried, and trimmed! We've had bad experiences with groomers in the past, but Eggie is thoughtful, polite, and respectful of my dogs' boundaries. They came out looking gorgeous and feeling relaxed. The cages Eggie uses are spacious and she only has about four of them. Her love for dogs is truly evident, and I am so grateful to have found such a great dog groomer. We are very satisfied, and have already booked another appointment.

Absolutely could not recommend this place more, staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the products they sell are very high quality (my dogs love them!) Really refreshing and nice to see a pet store that actually cares about its clientel (and their pets) over their profits

Great Service! My dog always looks great after visiting. I love the new renovations! They treat you like family. As i am an older person and can not always get there when my dog needs it, they still try to give my dog a great clip. I will start to ask my daughter to prebook her appointments before she leaves as she was told i can receive a better price for coming within a time frame. My dog is always happy after coming home.

Knowledgeable staff. Great variety of top of the line products. They can help you figure out the best way for you and your birds to enjoy your yard.

Great place for obedience training. Its our 4th week with our lab pup and both him and us are long way from where we started. Linda and her help staff are great and provide lots of personal interaction and constant feedback. Highly recommended.

My dog Whity have a good experience in here.

The owner and staff are very good with dogs trained to deal with behaviour and emergency situations and I'm grateful to have found a professional and safe place to leave my dog Chico!

Lovely, Friendly, all around a great facility

Perfect. I love Melissa! My small dogs and bigger pooch love going there. If anyone tried to groom or take of my dogs, they would freak out, bark, whine, and pant. Not here though. Going here is like a play date with benefits of being cleaned. They have their dogs there to keep the environment friendly and calm. I recommend this place all the time.

My dogs short hair and nails are easily manageable for me to do on my own, but I had my dog boarded with Isabel. It was the first time I left Woody with her. I was looking for a boarding place and out of hundreds ads out there, I chose hers, because I thought if she had a doggy business, she would be more trustworthy person to leave my dog with then any other "private" and anonymous boarder. Boy, i was sooo right! She is a lovely, super positive and energetic person. My dog came back home happy, balanced... and ready to go back to see Isabel again. I definitely recommend her and will be boarding my dog only with her! Thanks Isabel, Maja, Joe and Woody

Truly Great Collection

Jonathan there was get to work with, really cares about animals and making a good product that will keep them healthy and happy:)

Because it's the closest pet store to me I have been frequenting this place however I am not really a fan. I actually got a rabbit from this location as well but the staff, although decent really do not know much about the animals they are selling. They could not really tell me anything about the rabbit they sold me including the birth date or where it came from. I get with adopting this happens however this rabbit was a baby which isn't that likely as a rescue. They have also had multiple baby rabbits since so where are they getting them from and why can't they provide any details about these animals they are selling? This concerns me greatly as I have had many animals that I have adopted that had underlying issues that required serious medical care afterwards and when you can't get ANY info on the animal your adopting that should really be a warning sign. Even though the animals are cute I would not risk adopting from them again. This location does have adequate parking and a self grooming booth though which is nice and its conveniently located right off the highway. However one of my main frustrations is that they have VERY limited stock, every other location stocks multiple formulas of the Blue Wilderness brand however this one only has one small bag of the small breed food that I need. They also did not carry some other wet puppy food from Blue Wilderness either that we needed, forcing us to have to venture to Pet Smart yet again. Worst of all they are incredibly OVERPRICED, do your own research and you'll see that Pet Value over charges on everything and in the end it adds up. I will say that they have a larger selection of rabbit treats and things but once again your looking at overpricing. This is not Pet Values fault but the majority of the rabbit treats available are actually incredibly unhealthy but that is unfortunately the only things available for bunnies on the market at this time. I know my Father says he doesn't mind paying a few bucks more every time he purchases something but I myself do not appreciate that. Just as an example the OxBow Western Timothy Hay at Pet Smart has all the sizes available most of the time I have checked... 15oz $7.49 40 oz $13.99 90 oz $23.99 They also frequently have deals on these items which really helps out Pet Value only carries 40 oz $14.99 and the 90 oz $26.49 (based on online research however I have grabbed the 15 oz bags there before and they were around $9) This may not seem like much to other people but ALL their prices are like that which sort of defeats the purpose of their name because I do not see value in paying more for something. I also get that Pet Smart is a bigger chain however I have known Pet Value to be around since I was a child and they were always more expensive which literally makes no sense to me. If I can help it I stick to Pet Smart were they have competitive prices, better sales/rewards and consistently friendly, knowledgeable staff

Amazing customer service from Tim. I highly recommend this place and best service we ever received from a pet store!
