Pet

The pricing was confusing , they did a great job on my first dog , the second one , not so much . He had a lot of hair still on him I had to brush him again . The staff are great . But I wish I could say the same about the managent . Maybe they should revise the pricing .

Amazing friendly service.

Upon reading the other review - hope the animals are well cared for here??

Laurie was great ! First time for my pet, and I will definitely recommend her !

Never again. I don’t write bad reviews but worst service ever. Brought my dog for a 9:30am app, he wasn’t ready till 3:15!! And that’s cuz we told them We couldn’t wait any longer! They had him for almost 6 hrs and couldn’t finish the grooming! The trimming is so bad and uneven I gotta make another app to fix it somewhere else. My dog looks horrible, and it was overpriced on top of it! The worst!

We came in to get away from the heat with our little girl. The staff let her play with the cat in the store and were very friendly and helpful to the other patrons who required their assistance. Store is very clean and well organized.

no complaints about grooming but very poor customer service and grossly over priced. seemed to pull the price out of thin air - almost twice as much as i’ve ever paid for full grooming.

The people who work at this Pet Valu, are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and the shelves are stocked. Close to Ttc.

Great place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will continue to support the local economy.

A wide variety of healthy food for our pets and wonderful helpful staff

This man swore under his breath in Korean at me. I understood the slang and asked him why he was swearing and he denied it. I told him I understand Korean and he started screaming the f word at the top of his lungs. Dont support this abusive person.

I have used Doreen’s service for about five times in two years , two weeks each time while I’m on vacation overseas. She communicates with me often on how my four Labs are doing and the house. I can count on her to come each day to take care of my dogs . It’s a piece of mind knowing they are in excellent care . Doreen is very friendly, easygoing and professional. If she sees that the dogs need or run out of something she has gone out to the pet store to get it. I have no problem in highly recommending her to anyone. Doreen has been in business since 2004 and has the experience. Joao Ribeiro

My favourite place to get discus fish. Very high quality healthy discus and great pricing with a wide variety of selection to choose from. All eating within the first day. You can ask them to feed them before you buy it. Store owners and staff are very kind.

Love the Trainers, Staff and Facility. Currently have 1 of our Dogs, ASH"es", enrolled in an Obedience class.

Boarding Dog&Cat Leanne was able to accommodate last minute booking for 4 nights for my cat&dog. She kept me up to date each day with a photo message. Overall a great experience and will continue to use her service. I recommend Wag-A-Lot pet service to anyone looking for a great private pet care.

It's always fascinating to see what's in the store. Paul the owner is a wealth of information and empathy towards the animals and visitors.

Awesome
