Nobody there to watch my dog

Generally our dog has an amazing time at Rovers. We take home for playtime at least once or twice a week. Friday we took him for an overnight so we could enjoy an evening out without worry. When we picked him up, my husband was informed that our dog had been suffering from diarrhea all afternoon and evening/overnight. He was lifeless when we picked him up, and was told that this was not the first time this had happened. If our dog was that sick or the diarrhea was that severe why didn’t we get a phone call to come and pick him up. Why was our dog left to suffer for more than 24 hours. Like I said generally we are happy with Rovers, but after this last visit it will be quite some time before we take him back. We took him to the vet and he has been put on 2 different medications and special food for his stomach which could have been avoided if we had been given a phone call.

She does a great job and cares about the dogs. Very friendly staff in the store. And gives out great pointers how to care for your dogs.

I've been trying to get in touch for weeks. I've called, during office hours, left multiple messages, sent an email through the website's contact us form. I have not received any form of communication back. I've been trying to sign my daughter up for the next babysitting course happening in May, with NO success. Now, according to the website, that class is full. SO, with a very disappointed daughter on my hands, I'm trying to sign her up for the next course. Still no one is contacting me back. If I ignored my customers this way, I wouldn't have any customers. I would love if someone at St. John's Ambulance in Stratford would please return my calls/email, or answer the phone during office hours so that I can get my daughter registered.

My boyfriend and I moved in to the apartment building in December of 2013. So far we have had nothing but good things to say about the building and service! About 2 months ago, we noticed our fridge had stopped working and this was at about 530 pm on a Thursday night. I called Jeff our maintenance guy that night, and by the next morning at 830 am he was here with a brand new fridge. He had the old one out and the new one in within 20 mins! Excellent next day service, we were very please. Out of the 10 months we have lived here that was our only issue and it was resolved right away! I definitely recommend the Campbell Court apartment buildings, if you are looking for a quite friendly building with service you know you can rely on!

A few years ago I was a tenant in one of their Stratford buildings, and when my initial lease was up they offered me money to leave so that they could get someone new in my place and raise the rent. Needless to say I didn't feel at all like they wanted me there or that I was part of a "community." Don't be fooled, this company is a corporation and they act like it. The whole "community" schtick is just an empty sell. All they care about is money. They are not in the business of providing housing for human persons. They farm space. The space is what is important. They need warm, paying bodies to whom they can sell their space, and by encouraging annual crop(tenant) rotation, they maximize yearly profits on their spatial yield so as to keep the soil(space) fecund and and themselves rich. I absolutely despised dealing with these greedy corporate flakes.

Ken is like the Dog Whisperer. My girls love him . Right from first visit. I have never left my girls with any one. I trust his gentleness yet he is in command.

I used Dogs will be Dogs for the first time this weekend. What a great experience!!!! I went and had a meet and greet before I left my year old lab,I felt completely at ease as soon as I met Rajan. It is very apparent that he cares about all the Dogs and wants to make them feel secure and safe while they are there. When we were away we were given pictures and updates on how our pup Angus was doing, it made us feel very relaxed. I highly recommend Dogs will be Dogs to anyone who wants a safe and happy place to leave their pets.

Very desirable atmosphere for purchasing and/or boarding puppies/dogs. It's obvious they care deeply for all animals in their care. Their breeding program is excellent. Get you name on their list for a Golden or a Buhund as soon as possible.
