Mehul Big Big Thank you for working on our side. You really rock. We glad that my friend introduce you to us and we did right decision to use you expertise for buying our first house. once again good job. Thanks

I've been working with the team at Pierre Carapetian for several months now and I've found them to be excellent partners, reliable, forward thinking and a great company to get property advice from Thanks!

I while ago we used Tracy to both sell our home and buy another. She worked tirelessly for us to get the job done , and my wife and I were really impressed with her negotiating skills, knowledge, and real estate experience. With her help we managed to prepare, stage, sell, and qualify for a dream home we probably would not have been able to get into with someone with less experience! Thanks so much Tracy for making this happen for us! Would use you again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend this agent!! Terry Moore

We met Mehul Desai at our store and I ask him some general questions about real estate and he gave us honest answer as well as send us detail report for what we are looking for. He was super knowledgeable and professional and at the same time so friendly and made us feel at ease. He was always honest and shared her opinion with us. Mehul set us up to get daily email update of new MLS listings that match our requirements. He set up all the viewings we were interested in, drove us around to each place, most of the times 4-5 in one day and honestly, we looked almost 20 houses and he never force us or try to avoid. I would highly recommend Mehul Desai and will work with him again! Thanks Mehul for nice house you find for us.

My roommates and I have also had a very bad experience with Poli Rentals. This happened a while ago and I’m still furious about it. We asked for a walk through while packing up but the manager mentioned he couldn’t make it. We didn’t think anything of it at the time. Upon leaving the place cleaner than when we moved in, as well as no damages, my roommates and I were given an invoice for nearly $2000 for damages and cleaning. We told them this was ridiculous and we wouldn’t pay for it. They initially said they would cut the bill in half if we pay immediately (If it actually was $2000 damage they wouldn’t have offered that). We just said we aren’t paying because that’s robbery and left it at that. A while later we got a call from the collection agency asking for the money owed to Poli Rentals. I explained this wasn’t fair and we weren’t going to pay (but the collection agency doesn’t care, they just keep phoning you and ask to pay the money). I ignored the calls from them afterwards. I was unaware that ignoring phone calls from a collection agency ruins your credit score. I finally decided to answer the phone one day and they mentioned that Poli rentals was willing to cut the bill in half if I pay soon. I decided to pay it at half price since I couldn’t do anything about it. I was trapped and couldn’t get out of it unless I paid. I have talked to several other Lakehead classmates and they have also had the same experience with Poli rentals. If they do this to everyone, then you know that they are just trying to steal money from people after they move out (since you can’t prove how good you left the place). If I could give Poli Rentals a rating of negative infinity, I would. But if you decide to use Poli rentals, make sure they provide you with pictures for when you move in, and do a walk through with them afterwards. Ask them to explain any damages while you are there with them. I imagine they will still try to find a way to jack up a bill and send it to you anyways. You’ve been warned.

If you are considering buying or selling, any questions about the market, do not hesitate to contact Angie and Aron! They helped us at the height of a crazy market to sell for considerable over asking, clearly managing a great selling strategy, at the same time they secured a great purchase and allowed our family to move into our wonderful home at a great price! They are patient, helpful, have great insight into the market. Highly recommend.

Trish and I go back a very long way. Apart from being a caring person she can handle delicate situations. The attention that she displays with my older clients, who are downsizing, needing advice and require additional nurturing during their transitions. She is relentless in her time spent communicating and is motivated to find the perfect listing and finding a suitable new home. I have presently a client that will be listing with Trish and I am confident that she will do her utmost to successfully transition her comfortably in her new space.

Lynn was excellent. She was always available throughout the entire home buying process. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I bought our first home in Lexington. We had no clue what to expect or what the next steps were. She took us under her wing and walked us through everything. She responded to me when I texted her at 6 in the morning and 11 at night. I will never go through another realtor while living in the Columbia area. She will always have my business. If you're looking for a realtor you can just stop right here.
