Real Estate Agent

There is no such thing as self governing. No industry has this privilege. All entities are subject to law. You can pretend like these people to be some alternate all seeing eye but that is a lie. All that matters is law. Take your disputes to the courts. It doesn't matter what your Realtor thinks or what RECO thinks. What is written as law is what matters. RECO like MLS is realtor controlled and owned. Thus they will never side with you unless they know your court case would be an instant and damaging win. This is a charade to make you think you've been heard. Just go to real courts and actually be heard.

We bought a house!

Great real estate experience! April was professional and responsive. She found wife and me a great home (we saw it and offered within 5 hours of it going on market) and she got us the house with numerous other offers. Highly recommend Bobby + April!

Very friendly and knowledgeable, they have been incredible in helping my wife and I find our new home! Highly recommend!

If I could give Melanie and her team 10 stars I would. While I haven't actually bought a home through Royal LePage Miramichi River Realty, I’ve met with Melanie, Donna and the team on several occasions and I was always surprised at how much time they gave me whenever I dropped by. I always have questions about buying and had asked for some advice about relocating to Miramichi. I also very much appreciate the no-pressure approach that they take. Most agents I've encountered don't want to give you the time of day if they know you're not ready to buy a house NOW. Melanie is patient and incredibly knowledgeable regarding the various homes and buildings in the area, and in providing huge value in helping me navigate the various decision points to find the perfect place. She knows everything there is to know about each and every building and isn’t afraid to tell you which would be a good, or bad investment. I wouldn't buy or sell anything in Miramichi without them and when the time is right, I can assure you that this Royal LePage brokerage will get my business.

Very professional ....

Leigh Kirkpatrick sold our house in the country in less than a week. She is very thorough in her background work before a listing yet very approachable and super friendly. Her pictures of the house were stunning. She navigated us very diligently through the entire selling process and was there when things got complicated. I can highly recommend her as a realtor.

Really professional personnel. It was a charm to work with them to buy my first home

Excellent customer service with our rep. Couldn't be happier.
