Restaurant

Very friendly and good workers. Always happy faces

One of my favorite places to go for Wonderful food the southern chicken and egg biscuits are the Bomb customer service Great. ❤

Love this place I miss it back in San Antonio. Overall good service for a small burger joint

The food taste great and fresh. Not to pricey and the service was fast and friendly. Great spot.

Their homemade dressings are why this place is my first choice for salad. I always order extra dressing and they have always been very nice and generous about it.

This location has the friendliest staff and I absolutely love the healthy food options. If you're in the area, stop by and get some delicious food!

This is an experience from a while ago. I will say that the management handled the situation appropriately. We went there to order food in the drive thru. The associated simply could not get our order correct. We were not rude or anything to her, but she became frustrated with my friend. Forgetting that she is wearing the active headset, she spoke to the other associate rudely saying "take this f#@king order, this b!+@h doesn't know what she wants." It was not that hard. She just kept repeating back other things, like she couldnt understand, burger with mayo and tomato. When we finally got the food, it was still wrong. I was already going inside because I was not happy with her mouth. There could have been children in my car. She was at this point apologetic, however the manager was also not happy with her mouth and requested that she leave the store immediately.

Excellent service, all hand made goodies, a bit pricey but I would go again because of the service and food

Not usually busy, be sure to speak up when asking for bone-in, you may get boneless. On that note, the boneless chicken batter has a KFC biscuit taste to it that I like but the fries are seasoned with sugar or something sweet which I do not like at all. Would definitely give them another shot if I were ever in the neighborhood and in the mood for wings.

The service is fast and friendly and the chicken tacos are delicious. Definitely recommend this place for excellent southwest styled food up north.

I've been coming here for over a year now since I moved here. I heard about this place through Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives and wanted to try it out. I'd have to say it's lived up to its hype. I enjoy the drive in environment and the nostalgia it brings. The food is fantastic for the price (it's really affordable!); Great burgers & milkshakes, and their limeade is unlike any other I've had. The service can be hit or miss, depending on if you come during a busy time of day or not, so just something to keep in mind. This is a great establishment and hope it continues to stick around!

5-5-2018 service with a smile this morning from both cashiers at both drive thru windows. I HAD to comment because I have gotten so use to rude service from most fast food restaurants it's just expected... So this McDonald's this particular day this particular morning around 1020am both agents were VERY friendly...what an unexpected welcomed difference from most fast food drive thrus... Keep up the good work ladies!

The service was excellent, everyone was friendly, and food was quick and delicious.

Excellent food for a good price. It is authentic food that you might have never had however it is really good. The parking is limited and the inside is not fancy but very clean. It is a great restaurant for lunch.

Even if this is my second visit to this facility. The first time I went it was wonderful no, the service was great, and many people were there and the food was wonderful. The second visit last Sunday about the same amount of peoples were their, the food was cold, the service sucked, I never received a refill on my drink, there were two servers taking care of two of us. The crab legs took 20 minutes to come out and 2 minutes to leave the buffet. Kind of Stingy I'd say! The oysters were horrible, all the meats work stuff and or cold or both. Was very disappointed. Neither one of our servers kept our table cleared and ask her ask him for a small cup of Old Bay which completely ignored.. Both servers had an attitude unlike the one young lady we had on our first visit about a month ago. I was very excited to return to Captain Ray's but very disappointed even at $12.99 it was still not worth the money having to wait so long to get a few crab legs. Even when the crab legs came out it was only a half pan and not even hot. The oysters tasted a little off so did not finish what I had on my plate. The Chinese food was good and flavor but most was not hot even coming straight from the kitchen. I will give Captain Ray's one more chance and try the Hibachi section and if that is anything like the buffet I will not be returning. If the servers have poor attitudes and do not keep my drink filled or bring out Old Bay that will also be a determining Factor if I return. Our servers were downright rude. This food was downright bad including the food coming straight out of the kitchen as well as the crab legs that came out every 20 minutes or so with 10 or more people in line on both sides of the buffet leaving nothing for the people at the end. I feel they use the all you can eat crab legs as a gimmick to get you inside but refuse to put them on the buffet. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the food looks wonderful when it has food you are seeking on it. The management team and owner need a staff meeting to teach the server how to treat their customers so they can make money also. I know every trip cannot be perfect but the experience I had and problems I had are things that should have been perfect and that is managements fault. I do not have a picture, but I do wish I had a thermometer to show the temperature of the food on the buffet last Sunday. The Price is Right, the restaurant is beautiful, the first trip our server took very good care of us and the food was great and crab legs actually came out within a reasonable time. The only thing I can say about the second visit is it sucked!

Employees seem to be friends and more focused on each other. Service was nice though good was good came as expected. Supervisor was attentive to whayd going on in store.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly & I love Captain 85. Come out every Sunday for Sunday Soul;) Ga
