Good food. Quality Chinese. Almost better service than there was food. Nice folks serving. I mean the taste of politeness was clearly present...like the sauce.

This restaurant is pricey, count on that (easily w/ starter, entree & dessert, w/o liquor or wine, $55/person-lunch and $90/person-dinner) . It includes however, access to the view deck just one level up ($13.00/person on its own). The food is what you would expect from a fine restaurant at this price point rather than what you what you would expect from a revolving restaurant and a tourist destination. The menu includes items which, if not of local origin are inspired by and heavily influenced by the Pacific Northwest and the Puget Sound in particular. I have been here several times, and always bring out of town visitors here on the occasion of their first visit to Seattle. The service has been, without exception, attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable without being pedantic, and friendly and courteous without ever seeming overly familiar. And of course, probably the number one reason that most people come here (and are pleasantly surprised by everything else I've mentioned), the view is spectacular. The entirety of Seattle and across the sound to Island County is included and with Seattle being just right outside it gives one the opportunity to see how all the neighborhoods interconnect and a bird's-eye view of some of the features one will have seen of the city previously or will see afterward from the ground. If you're a visitor, this is a must, and if you're a local and you haven't yet been, what's the hold-up? You'll enjoy a top notch meal in comfortable atmosphere where the surroundings are the entire city.

Classic Italian menu with good food and great service. The room is clean and inviting and the portions are ample . It would have been nice to see a few local craft beers on the menu.

Went here for an anniversary dinner. When making the reservations through open table I mentioned the occasion. When my husband and I arrived we were surprised by a lovely card signed by all the staff. It was a little gesture that went a long way. Aside from the amazing service and ambiance, the food is incredibly.we had the smoked burrata cheese to start, my husband ordered the steak and I had the lobster, and we finished the evening off with their delicious chocolate pate. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I got married at the Loft on NYE 2017. Kirsten, Amy and the entire staff at Earls were phenomenal to deal with. The food, the professionalism, the service... everything was absolutely perfect. I 100% recommend this venue for any upcoming events you might be planning.

Food was ok, boneless wings werent the greatest.( had a snot like consistency)

Horrible experience. I ordered 2 bifanas and 1 pulled pork sandwich. 4 orders were taken after mine including Chili's with buns. They proceeded to hand out 6+ buns to people that ordered well after us just to tell us someone has to go to the store for one more bun to finish the order. We took our food as we were on a time crunch and left without our final sandwich. Won't be returning anytime in the future. If 0/5 stars was an option I would select that after a 30 minute wait for 2/3 of my food.

New to Kitimat and am soo happy I can eat here!!! I have a wheat allergy and it’s often I cannot eat at diners, but was happy to see that they have a pretty decent selection for gluten free! Always great service
