Shuttle & Taxi

This is a remarkable service - we have come to depend on them for transportation between Pointe-au-Baril and Toronto Pearson. We used to rent a car, which costs a lot when it's just going to sit on the mainland. This is far better - they do the driving, you can schedule in advance, they know the best route to take - it's fantastic! Thank you, Jackie and crew!

Garbage..called at 2:37 no cab still at 4:00 was told the wait was 20 min then after an hour called to find out the cab was in the wrong town...then never showed up at the right address

This place has the most selections possible. They always work with you to make your experience Amazing! The owner is by far the nicest person to deal with. I recommend them 100%

As well as a good way to get around, the water taxi is a lovely break in your day. A few minutes out on the beautiful water, breeze, sparkling air, fresh oulook. I took it from the canal to Gatineau and walked around the grounds of the museum along the water for a bit. Then i wandered back to the little dock to call the taxi, but it was already heading our way. There's a yellow telephone at each dock. You pick it up and the water taxi pilot answers. That easy.

DO NOT USE! The driver left me at the airport (in the middle of the night with no other cabs around) after he had clearly agreed to take my fare once I got my lugagge. I went up to him and he and I both agreed that I was to come back with my bag. He could see the carousel from where he was parked. 2 min later I go outside to put my purse in his cab as the luggage was starting to come out but I figure this way I would be sure he would stay. He was gone and a shuttle driver told me he took someone else. The owner of company said thats normal and then yelled at me for not understanding how they get screwed....They is not to be trusted if you want to ensure a cab ride. Go for anyone else, they dont wait if you call for pick either he said.

Drivers are OK but the operators sound like they don't want to be there and are extremely disrespectful.

I ordered a taxi through Capital Taxi this morning and again, the online/phone service was atrocious. After texting and getting a reply saying the address was invalid, I resent using the exact format prescribed in the returned text. This address was still invalid. When I called, I was told that the address did not exist and after some discussion, a taxi was finally dispatched. I understand that the dispatch center has been moved to the Philippines. This has resulted in numerous problems for me personally based on being told that the address I need does not exist or being asked to provide an address for prominent Ottawa locations. It is not acceptable to be required to provide an address that I cannot find for a location that is well known to anyone living in the city, including the taxi drivers. Dealing with Capital is frustrating but as Capital and Blue Line are linked, I, as the client, have no options except Uber. I am trying to support the taxi industry but am finding it more and more difficult as the service being provided is worsening.

I called Allante Limo for a Quote. The Lady on the phone was very rude. I asked her for pricing to see what vehicle would be the best suite for me. Her Response was we don't have time for clients like you then she hang up the phone. Imagine How the service would be. No Thanks Stay Away from this Limo Company.

Took a trip to the airport this week and called this company. They sent a 2015 Suburban to pick me up. I was worried about being late to the airport since my flight was really early in the morning. The driver texted me to let me know I was on the way and showed up 15minutes early just in case I needed it. When going to the airport, he even stopped off at a Tim Hortons for me (without charging me!) and paid for my drink as well! WOW! Talk about customer care! He told me that they appreciate their loyal customers and that it was their way of saying thank you. I love this company! Would definitely use them again!
