Shuttle & Taxi

Unsafe cars!! The car AC went on and off. The loud squeaky noise came from the car every time it turned the corner. Then the driver got lost. What should have been a 30 minute drive turned into a one and half hour drive with no AC in a scorching hot day.

Wish i could get my dash cam to upload on this site. I have never seen such appauling driving. So dangerous. Clearly the driver did not know the area and kept stopping in the overtaking lane or weaving in and out of traffic. Not a clue about speed limit or other cars on the road. Had i been a bike or motorcyclist .... who knows what. Will try and up load video for the city. Complaint here.

Great service to get you to ikea

Worst experience ever. The taxi to the airport did not show up even after giving them a reminder call. This is the first time i ever had this kind of experience from a taxi company ever and I have used a number of taxi companies over the years. Nothing like these guys..try at your own risk.

Service has potential, run by complacent fundamentalists. Also terrible to there employees!

Great employers. I have driven for two years of TIFF for these folks. They strive for excellence and exceed it. They expect alot from their drivers but also assist us to meet those expectations. They take care of their drivers and customers as well inspite of an exceedingly high pressure and stressful work environment...movie stars! Yeesh. But Global Alliance is the best in the Greater Toronto Area for a reason. Thank you Global!!!

Prenegotiated price provided, however when arriving at airport driver did not recognize or honour what was initially quoted. We confirmed pricing twice prior to pick up. They did not specify that due to our location on Hamilton Mt. We would be charged additional fee as well as for SUV limo. Would not recommend this service due to what appears to be a cash grab, or their hidden fees, either way you cant be dishonest with your customers. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

Crown Taxi's dispatcher literally hung up on me while I was trying to arrange where the pickup area would be. This left me and my 71 year old grandmother in today's pouring rain. Luckily a kind soul was able to connect us with an Uber. Crown Taxi was a terrible experience all around. Look elsewhere, folks.

Tried to make me feel bad for paying with card by saying he doesnt get paid til next week. Then started berating me for not bringing enough cash. Thought this might be an isolated experience, then when my girlfriend took a taxi with DRIVER 649 later in the day, the driver charged her extra for credit (my driver did not). When she brought this up, the driver told her she should have gotten in a different taxi then. No wonder they needed to ban uber from this airport. The drivers seem to be consistently rude and without competition they have no reason to be otherwise. Wait for uberblack to be approved at Pearson.
