Shuttle & Taxi

Don't use Shirran’s Taxi, they refused to give me a ride because I called another cab company before them. I repeated myself. "You are refusing to give me a ride cuz I called another cab company before you?" And they replied yes! Don't use them! They are very rude and unprofessional.

Best cab around

Had to direct cab driver to my home myself. He could not understand basic English or road signs which is worrying for a cab driver.......and tried to charge me for all the detours he had to take despite me trying to tell him to follow the road signs regarding road closures! This is not the first time I have had to direct the driver from this company myself.

The buses are dirty there was a dog treat on my seat when I got in. Also when they say they will pick you up at 6:00- 6:30 they mean 5:00-5:30.

First winter storm of 2017. All vehicles on the TCH were driving carefully and cautiously except for one, Foote's taxi van. This driver should have been/be arrested for dangerous driving. Riding peoples bumpers in a blizzard, near zero visibility, watched them nearly go off the road behind me when hitting a section that wasn't plowed. I have never seen such a display of idiocy on the roads of NL in my life! The roads were treacherous and this moron decided driving 5 feet off of peoples bumper is a good idea, I can only imagine how the passengers aboard this van felt as he nearly went in the ditch! Wouldn't dare pass though of course because the road was wicked. Disgusting display of disregard for others safety on the road this time of year. Only one on the road like this, every other vehicle was sensible keeping distance between themselves and others due to the conditions. You have no place on the highways of this province. Will be reporting to the RNC.

MY FIRST IMPRESSION AND LASTING IMPRESSION OF ALLIANCE VEHICLE MAINTENANCE IS CATEGORICALLY INEXCUSABLE... INTERIOR DIRT, GRIME, STAINS, ODOR AND RIPPED CARPET…DRIVER SUGGESTED TO GET IN FRONT SEAT; FULL OF PET HAIR AND WHAT APPEARED TO BE GARBAGE…..HORRENDOUS CIRCUMSTANCE FOR A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER…..IT MAY BE PLAUSIBLE THEY COULD HAVE GOOD SERVICE AND RELIABILITY AND CONSIDERING, THE “OFFER” TO SIT UP FRONT, MAYBE EVEN COURTEOUS. HOWEVER, WITH SUCH A DEPLORABLE FILTHY FLEET CAR (IN WHICH, I COULD NO WAY ENTER) ANY OUNCE OF POSSIBLE GOOD SERVICE WOULD BE HARD TO FATHOM. IN ADDITION, IN SPEAKING TO THE OWNER (RICHARD), I SUGGESTED HE MUST NOT BE AWARE OF THE CONDITION OF THE CAR RESERVED FOR ME THIS MORNING AND HE HAD NO RESPONSE… LEADING ME TO BELIEVE HE WAS WELL AWARE OF THE CONDITION OF HIS CAR. I FURTHER MENTIONED THAT HE SHOULD NOT BE CHARGING COMPETITIVE PRICES W/ A CAR IN THIS HORRIFIC CONDITION. RICHARD HAD THE AUDACITY TO RUDELY RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT BY STATING: “IS THIS THE REASON FOR YOUR COMPLAINT, SO YOU CAN GET A DISCOUNT?” HIS RETORT DID NOT DESERVE A RESPONSE….I SIMPLY HUNG UP. I HONESTLY DON’T KNOW WHICH WAS WORSE THE FILTH OF THE CAR (FYI EXTERNALLY ALSO), THE OWNER SEEMING TO BE AWARE AND NOT CARING, HIS INTERPRETATION OF MY COMPLAINT OR SIMPLY THE COMPLETE EXPERIENCE AS A WHOLE! BOTTOM LINE….THE ALLIANCE WEB SITE AND VIDEO PRESENTATION IS SO VERY HARD TO BELIEVE CONSIDERING MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!! (DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE TODAY THIS TAXI SERVICE DOESN'T WARRANT EVEN ONE STAR....HOWEVER, APPARENTLY A RATING MUST BE GIVEN IN ORDER TO SUBMIT REVIEW)

Very reasonable price. Very polite nice cars will be using them again. I was very satisfied.

We recently rode with Johnny Rodriguez from Orlando airport to a Disney property, and I just wanted to give kudos to this terrific and pleasant driver. He was very polite and kind, and made our trip easy and enjoyable.

Great service they came shortly after i called and the driver jeremy was professional ans i was comfortable with his driving. I would recommend this service to family and friends thanks jeremy!!!!!!!

Very poor service. After ringing them several times they wasn't very helpful and very abrupt. This is the night before flying and now I will have to get a taxi. Very very poor

Awesome service. Always on-time and affordable fares. I like this company a lot. Try them.
