Shuttle & Taxi

Unsafe driver went through a Stop light and drove across 3 traffic lanes on Gaetz to cut me off and make a turn. License plate E-36404 vehicle number 24. This happened during very icy weather conditions with poor visibility.

Great service. We ordered the taxi in advance. They arrived right on time. Driver was very helpful and friendly.

Highly recommend for their outstanding service. Recently in a wedding party that used Ambassador and thrilled with their service and attention to detail. Our limo was very clean despite the weather and the driver made sure we had everything we needed.

This place overcharges consumers. Unjustified and unproven liqour charges. When confronted with the truth they do everything to con the customer. Better business bureau and w5 have been contact regarding this limo service. We are not the only people being ripped off by their service. When getting in touch with limo service for overcharges I was told to let it go due to the owner having personal problems. Let's see how you do under the spot light of w5. Refund the people that have been overcharged before you end up dodging cameras and reporters.

Used this Company for my wife's birthday dinner and drinks and we had an outstanding time!! It was a Surprise Party and it went off without a hitch. Driver was Great! We will be using them again next time!
