I have been a customer since sept 2017, due to a injury left me unable to drive. Grove Taxi has went above and beyond to accommodate my appointments and crazy schedules. Thanks you so much for your continued awesome service!!!!

Over priced! Not good with directions at all. If you live anywhere in the country ... good luck. Gross "cab" don't know if you can call it that seeing he doesn't have a meter and charges what ever he pleases. Arrogant like he knows where everything is, and he won't listen to directions. Just "ya ya ya" ....l ok but you're not listening to me" ... "ya ya ya" then I have to walk ten minutes in the pouring rain so he can find me... then when he does find me he blows past me by two car lengths! In the pouring rain! No apology just where's the first turn you were talking about! Then he argues with me the whole ride! never will I use this service again. IRUDE RUDE RUDE

Our rides this weekend in Fernie were all great, the driver is hilarious and they were always on time and didn't give away our cab to the bachelorette party that was waiting outside the bar to be picked up.

Dwight was very pleasant to deal with. So friendly. On time. Great rates!

Charles our driver was waiting for our arrival at Calgary Airport ahead of schedule. We found Charles to be very efficient and very personable. We would highly recommend Banff Transportation and Charles.

Called for a ride at almost 1am on a busy Friday night- dispatch was friendly, and a cab arrived within a couple minutes. The driver was courteous, helpful and pleasant, and got us back to our hotel safely on VERY icy roads. I’d happily book with Taxi Taxi again!

Came within 3 minutes, the driver was very friendly and it was more than affordable. Will call again when needed!

Incredible taxi company! They were extremely helpful and fast. Our family was stuck in the middle of nowhere on a bumpy gravel road and they kindly drove all the way out (nearly one hour's drive) very late at night to get them. Really saved us in an otherwise terrible situation and we are so happy because of them. Thanks L&K Taxi!! :D

I have to disagree with Peter Marshall. I was in Invermere this past weekend and speaking with Dixie who took us from Invermere to Radium was a true delightful person. She was a few minutes later than what she thought but apologized. There was no concern on our part as there is no way a small company with two taxis in a small town would know where people are heading when picking them up. I chatted with Dixie as my daughter was in Invermere last year and there was only one taxi then and he closed around 11 pm so the girls had to walk back to their hotel after the bar. I was glad to know that there is two cabs now and they try their best to get everyone home from the bars as best as they can. I am not sure what happened with Mr. Marshall experience but in a small town like Invermere, I think we should be thankful we have two taxis now and appreciate that they do their best to accommodate the locals and us visitors. Great job Dixie and your team.

Friendly and affordable

Late and made me 15 mins late for appmnt. Over the phone not pleasent. Actual driver was very nice and courteous, car was clean and ran well.

Bruce and Company at Queen City hooked it UP! The ride was pleasant, they were extremely accommodating and the border crossing was smooth. This is the charter bus company all others should model themselves after.
