Shuttle & Taxi

Drivers are friendly but I had to wait more than 30 minutes for it to arrive. I had to call back twice.

Waited for 40 minutes for a ride that was supposed to come in 20 minutes then they called and said they couldn't make it due to the border. I wouldn't have minded but I asked earlier if the border would be an issue and they said not at all.

Great staff and service

Excellent service with friendly employees and reasonable rates.

Good local taxi

Terry's Taxi is the best in the area ! Great dispatchers, friendly, and do all tjey can for tjeir customers ! The drivers are great, friendly and will do all they can to give you great service !

Due to bad weather earlier in the evening I missed my Air Canada connection from Toronto to Kingston. I found M&M Limousine online and am very happy I did. At short notice they sent me an email answer to my "quick query" as to the cost, and when I accepted what seemed to me to be a very fair charge they arranged for me to be picked up at Pearson and driven home in the middle of the night. They sent Kenny, who was a skilful driver and very pleasant and polite. I would use this service again and recommend it to other travellers.

Amzing new app, instant text message upon dispatch and cab arrival , even faster service than before 👍👍

Excellent service -from the heart.

Phoned on the Sunday night to book for 6 the following mornìng to get to a hospital appointment. 6:05 no taxi so phoned to check, both the automated system and actual dispatcher confirmed booking and taxi on the way, 6:15 phoned again as still not arrived to be told by a very rude female that they do not pickup in my area. Really can't understand how the keep their operators license

This taxi service has been out of business for a few years just cant figure out how to remove!

With only a handful of drivers , they always get us home. Some drivers better than others.

I recently took a cab this past Saturday so i would arrive safely instead of drinking and driving. this was the worst cab ride of my life. the driver was tailgating, speeding and dispatching while driving. she would turn on the interior light to answer the phone and write down the address all while tailgating. made several references to being high and made 2 VERY RACIST comments. too bad they are the only taxi in Ingersoll

I have used other airport shuttle services in the past 20 years and I no longer will now after discovering Cool Water Airport Shuttle Service. With their professional service, clean comfortable vehicle and trustworthy driver, our trip to Pearson International Airport was hassle free and extremely comfortable. This company absolutely has a 5-star gold rating from me.

Loved our time here at beautiful Coney Island. Weather was great.

Shitty service. Hung up on me 9 times. Finally called with different # and asked why they hung up on me and said we Dont pick up there and hung up again.
