We were stranded in 30-degree weather for hours waiting for another service. We called Harriet and she came within 15 minutes. What a life saver! And such a great person, too.

Do not use this poor service I am surprised their car made it to Ottawa in the first place, the one I was in before was falling aprt I doubt they are even properly insured

Best service on KW. The drivers are always friendly, asking for the preferred route and helping out with the groceries bags. No issues with the dispatchers as well.
DTW METRO AIRPORT TAXI, CAR & LIMO SERVICE
2847 Golfview Dr, Troy, Michigan, 48084, United States
Beautiful state of the art airport. I went to hockey town before my flight. Im all about my Red Wings. Security was a breeze as long as you being the passenger know how to be ready for the process. You will hold up the line if you do not read up about it ahead of time. Kinda bummed that after security, you are stuck in the airport until your flight leaves. No way out. Missed seeing the lighted tunnel. Looks cool online. Leave early to check it out

"Green Cab" lost our reservation, abandoning my family at the train station in the middle of the night. Wouldn't answer the phone. Avoid this company at all cost.

London Airport Transfer

Terrible customer service - called to change my booking time, they confirmed, then never showed up. With a 10 month old baby and a flight to catch with no car seat - we were stranded. When asked what I should do, they hung up on me. Said they had no record of the call and have since blocked my calls. Terrible service - do not use them.
