Very rude behaviour of the guy on call today 10 January 2024 when I did a call at 6:15 pm for booking cab 6:30 pm disconnected call between conversation by saying no advance booking . I never had this experience in Nelson.

Wow, Worst and most rude driver i have ever experienced..And im from Vancouver. There really needs to be another cab company in town, Then i would NEVER use this service again. It is not ok that this cab company treats their customers like crap because they are the only one so they figure they can. To be honest, This driver disgusted me!!

Bad English and bad service

Called at 5:18 they said 19 - 21 minutes. Over three hours later and nothing. Same number for all cabs in this town. Council needs to allow competition. Horrible!!!

Routinely arrange a cab for early morning lifts to the airport. Their call centre is friendly and the cabs are always on time. Definitely recommend.

Lost my wallet Friday night Dec.21,2018 and thought it was long gone and I wouldn't have much of a christmas. I got a call lastnight from a cab company telling me the cab driver found my wallet and turned it in. The most amazing part is that everything was in there still including my cash and a cheque and gift card from work. There still is good people out there..... Thanks to the driver of that cab. Merry Christmas.

Just seen car #132 wandering the neighborhood, lost,,,,,,either that or someone is casing places out.....driving like they dont even have a proper license. With GPS and cell's, there is no excuse for Trolling parking lots at a snales pace.......I put into question, their certification as drivers. They are now entering their third parking lot in this neighborhood. /:

Our driver was super nice, chatting the whole way up. We really enjoyed the ride up to Silverstar Resort. After calling the company we waited just 5 minutes for the Taxi in Vernon. He welcomed us really friendly and told us the amount of money that we will have to pay at the end- which was exactly the amount he predicted. I absolutely can not complain about anything.

Used Okanagan Limos for a corporate event. They took our group up to Sparkling Hill. The limo bus was immaculate and the driver was fun and efficient. We had such a great time and enjoyed the transportation immensely. Thank you Laura and your team for putting together a professional but fun evening. Looking forward to booking you next year!

I was told 15 minute wait and it was 35 minute wait. If they had told me 35 minute wait I could have sat down inside and waited. But instead I stood outside in mild rain and waited 35 minutes. I am trying West Cabs next time.

DO NOT RIDE WITH CURRENT. Summary: My partner was violated and harassed by a Male driver, and has been legitimately suffering from anxiety attacks for weeks because of it.
