Shuttle & Taxi

We hired Lets Go Transportation for our wedding. Communication was a bit of a struggle while booking, but everything went perfect the day of. The shuttle was on time, and our driver Randy was an absolute gem. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, and went the extra mile every opportunity to help make our day perfect.

Mary Ellen was our tour guide for the day she was awesome and very accommodating to our group of 5 girls! Would definitely recommend!

By far, this is the best cab experience I've ever had. Very courteous on the phone, accurate wait times, punctual drivers and very nice, clean, comfortable cars. I will always make a point to use this company. Customer service is next level at WestCabs.

We got a ride with Curtis (Sun peaks taxi) to North Vancouver, the service was fantastic, great conversation, he made the long ride very pleasant. Totally recommend if you need a ride from Sun Peaks.

The driver was pleasant but the vehicle was dirty and the music didn’t work. The a/c was weak and there was water in the ice well. Not a luxurious experience!

Piss poor information given 50 percent of the time. Late for work because they refused to give me an estimated time. Whoever the male morning dispatcher is completely incompetent, never had a problem with the female one.

If you like being on hold and then being hung up then this company is for you. I’ve tried multiple times to use their service but dispatch rarely answers, is rude when they do and do t show up.

My folks had some friends visiting from out of town and they went on a wine tour of our beautiful area and said this was the best service they've ever had!! From the towels, to the water, to the comfortable and clean transportation, they loved every part of it!!! Maatje and Gord are fantastic hosts and truly provide an exceptional experience!! We highly recommend TasteFull Excursions to anyone looking for something fun to do!!

they only take or it would be a 5 star I called yellow cab 2 hours a head for a 6:45 pickup. I waited where i asked them to pick me up for 30min before calling them back wondering if they were coming, they said that they had a shift change and had no note saying to send a cab for me at 6:45 and would send a cab as soon as they could. I waited another 20 min before calling golden cab. Within the time it took for yellow cab to call me back golden cab came, picked me up drove me to the event center, i got out of the cab and then walked threw security. Then they call me letting me know a taxi is on the way. I missed half of the event waiting to get a ride there.

Solid and dependable. The operator called to be sure we got the cab?? Seriously? Well done.

Absolutely the worst taxi service ever. Both cabs I was in smelled heavily of body odor & cigarettes.. its illegal to smoke in a taxi! Having to wait 40 mins both times in such a small town is absolutely pathetic..

Service slightly late but got me to the airport on time

Stinky taxi smells like an ashtray, cause the driver smokes inside it. The driver smells urine and sweat because he did not shower. Perfect combination, no tips for this appalling service!
