Shuttle & Taxi

Sam, our driver, was very helpful and we got in and out of the car a lot. He was always right around the corner when we called and we added on a few more hours last minute and it was no big deal. Would definitely book again :)

What a great experience, pick me up on time used there website to set up pick up and worked like a charm, the driver was friendly and professional and they had the best price in town. I suggest calling or scheduling on there website bend taxi and shuttle service you can count on

If i could give this company a 0 I would. I am so incredibly upset, The limo i ordered didn't arrive, i had a suv limo instead. The limo driver took us on an hour + trip instead of it being a 35 minute drive, we were rushed for our pictures and now i have less pictures to remember my special day by. Because he took a longer route (and the companies excuse was he apparently asked my photographer which route to take) they charged me for additional time that i did not authorize on my credit card. I have asked for details and have been accused of lying and they won't give me the gps information direct from the company. Please take your business elsewhere, no bride should lose out on wedding pictures for a business so they they get more money!

Missed my flight because of this joke of a taxi cab company.. booked a van for 630am and at 7am no one would answer the phone finally get through at 720am only to be told the cab is still a long way away... no apologies no trying to help the situation nothing

Cab literally never showed up. Called multiple times to ask where it is and everytime they said it was about 10 mins (for about 50 mins)

Unorganized with rude drivers.

My credit card was randomly charged $60 a few times and it’s been so long since the transactions that the bank can no longer help me. To make things worse, I can’t find this guy?? Anyone have any luck getting in touch with him? I’m out $240 and no limo rides to show for it...

Saw this vehicle on the road in burnaby, witnessed the drive run a red light and weave in and out if traffic cutting off other drivers.

Great service and incredibly nice drivers. Made my trip so much easier.

The drivers were great and extremely friendly. They were also safe and on time and the transport was very comfortable. We even got to learn a bit of history about Whistler and Vancouver on the way. I would highly recommend this service.

I have used their services on a number of occasions and referred friends as well. They manage to surprise me every time with something out of the blue. They seem to know what I want before I do. Fantastic service. The best in Whistler.

Oh my lord!!!!! I wish I could give 0 star!!! I booked a cab online to save my time and when I seated in the taxi he was complaining you wasted my time because of your booking! I arrived a little bit early than the time you wanted! You should pay for it!!!! I told him that was the worst customer service I’ve seen in my life!!!!! How you allow your self to talk like that!!!! He said next time don’t book can online on Sunday because you waste drivers time !!!!!!!!!! Then who can guarantee pick up time???!!!!! He was same as a father age but rude rude rude rude!!!! BelAir please train your drivers to provide not best but at least minimum rate of customer service!!!

Garbage service , said theyde pick me up at 5:30 am then texted saying they whernt available after the fact

Horrible. Picked up at YVR at the taxi stand. Driver handed his phone to me so I could enter my destination. When we arrived, I told him I needed to pay with a credit card. Driver immediately started yelling, telling me I always need to pay for taxi service with cash. I should clarify I was a female passenger traveling solo. I suspected his reaction was due to that fact. The driver then said, "I will take $20 in cash for this trip, just give me cash." I told him 3 times I had no Canadian cash. Finally he pulled his credit card unit from the dash board, slamming the the dash door shut as he pulled it out. Then, once I entered my credit card info, he tried to select the tip amount on the unit!!! I told him, "No, I will choose" and changed it. Driver dumped my bags on the street, slammed the door and drove away. I will never use this company again!!!
