Shannon (from Nanaimo, but working at the Vancouver terminal) was really helpful today! The terminal was super busy and she was still immensely professional and took the time to speak with me 1-on-1. This is precisely the kind of personalized 5-star service which keeps me coming back to Harbour Air time after time. Kudos Shannon!

They wouldn’t wait 5 minutes and threatened to start the meter or leave. We need a ride sharing app in this city. Just simple as that.

These guys are great. We left a bag at a terminal and they took it back to Vancouver for us at no charge. They drivers were all very friendly and helpfull and I can't recommend the whole experience enough. Beats the hell out of driving!

I called to book a taxi for tomorrow to go to the airport and, given it already happened in the past ( and I almost missed the flight) I wanted to be sure this time the taxi would have arrived. They asked me to call them to follow up, because they’re busy with lots of clients.... If you can’t provide a proper service, don’t offer it. I Can’t Wait Uber to come!

Great way to get around without a car and it's fantastic they accomodate for wheel chairs and strollers. Feels like a family business and I'll support. Also glad it shows up on my Google map as an option of traveling route.

Booked a car for Vancouver to airport for 5 people (taxis always struggle to supply or show up when you prebook for 5). Anyway, the staff who booked and supported are extremely professional and courteous. The vehicle arrived a few minutes early, driver was friendly, calm and a smart driver. Vehicle was very clean. Made it in good time through rush hour traffic. Pricing is reasonable. Look forward to using this service again.
