Friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining drivers. Good way to get around the island. Be patient, the coaches operate on Island time but are reasonably prompt.

Very helpful ground staff particularly the shuttle driver (Brendan), who went the extra mile for someone with mobility issues.

Food options are limited, make sure to bring whatever you wanna eat before coming in. The airport is relatively small and cozy. Comfort dogs walking around all the time to relief people's stress. The duty free may randomly give you coupon receipt after checkout that only valid for the day of, so maybe it's better to buy a little first then see if you are lucky or not

So Pleased With CapAir's Service! I was a little skeptical about using them for transportation to and from the Olympia area after reading a few not-so-positive reviews. Our flights were both early morning and if they didn't show up or had some other issue, we would miss our flights. Four of us, next door neighbors, arranged for a "private van" with driver. The cost for their private door-to-door service was $450, plus we tipped each driver. I received texts the day before plus hours before our flights to confirm our trips. Each driver was on-time--to our individual homes for pick-up plus waiting for us at SeaTac for the return trip--were excellent and safe drivers, pleasant and helpful--we just couldn't ask for more. They met and exceeded my expectations. The vans have wifi and that was a plus too. We highly recommend and will definitely use CapAir in the future. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!!

The driver did arrive and he took us to the airport. Otherwise: They called the night before and asked we move the time of his arrival up half an hour to better match their schedule, from 0430 to 0400. Last minute. We agreed reluctantly. We had to take the suitcases from the house to the driver in the rain and then help him load them. Amazingly, he then complained that we left our house at 0410 and made him late! Rude, unhelpful, not customer oriented. I do not recommend them. There are many other good options.

Great cab service. Fast and efficient and highly professional. I was having trouble with other ride services and had an extremely important interview that I needed to get to. These guys were able to help me out in a pinch and get me to my meeting early. Great job

Great ride from the airport to downtown. Left my work cell in the car and the dispatch team and my driver (Gurpal) went out of their way to get it back to me. Would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered my cab for 4:15 am via the app and never having used the app before, the early pickup, and the bad reviews worried me about something going wrong. I was worried for no reason because my driver was there 5 minutes early, was super friendly, plus a good driver. No complaints at all! Great experience.

I took the Clipper ferry from Seattle and had the shuttle pick me up at the Empress hotel only a 10 minute walk away. The driver, Kam, did AMAZING. He was friendly, energetic, and even gave me a tour of the sites on our drive out of town. I highly recommend this company to get from downtown Victoria to the airport.

After reading the above reviews I just had to add my comment and review. Firstly the above reviews are poorly disguised attempts by a couple of taxi drivers to smear a service that offers travelers an alternative to an expensive cab ride from the airport. My experience has been very positive with the schuttle plus I have talked with numerous friends and acquaintences and the feed back regarding Akal has been very positive. Kenneth Panzer

I've been coming here for 15 years. I have never had a plain that has left on time. It's always 30-1hr late. It's actually shocking.
