Shuttle & Taxi

Took Kuber Cabs for the 3rd time this past Friday evening and, once again, they were friendly and easy to book with, bang on time for pick-up before and later on after dinner. Our drivers were polite, friendly and attentive. What more could you ask for? Kudos to Kuber!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE. Yes it was our hotels staff at the Hampton Inn who advised us of the 0900 pickup for our return. As such I've given your service full marks.. hotel probably not as much ;) Was to be picked up at 0900 (Sunday at Canada Place) after Alaska Cruise, at least that was the time booked. Called to find out, "should be there around 0945". Driver was very courteous and bus/van was clean.

If I could give 6 stars I would! I requested (online) the taxi last Thursday for a Friday morning pick up. The experience was exceptional! The cab was on time, clean and quiet. It was my first taxi experience with my young daughter of 6 months; our driver was kind and seemed very careful with his driving --both of which I valued immensely.

Used them today. Called ahead and booked a time. Driver showed up two minutes before he was supposed to. Waited, drove without any crazy moves, was very polite. Cab was clean and smelled clean. Took a couple of back streets to avoid traffic. Best cab ride I've had in a long time.

Great service as usual! Clean, respectful and quick. Got to meet the owner today and made sure to tell him how pleasant his guys and gals that work for him are!

Amazing! They will be my limo service for life! Naz went above an beyond for the day and Howie gave the best service too. Pricing is amazing and the service was outsanding!

Amazing company.

Cab was late. Driver talked on the phone half the time (not hands free) and used turn signals only sometimes. He struggled to understand my English.

Surprisingly clean and calm here. The public washrooms were very clean. There is very little help here. So please know what you need to do before arriving. Amtrak, Bolt Bus, Greyhound to Seattle and VIA rail are here amongst other passenger carriers. No fruits, vegetables and especially weed if you are going into the USA to avoid cross-border hassles.

Terrible, terrible, and just terrible! I got into a cab with my sister and her friends. The driver was driving very slow and after we got to our destination, he got mad because my sister did not have cash. I know they want cash because they can keep it, and they don't have to split it with the company. The driver started speaking in Persian (because my sister and I are both fluent in Persian) and "lectured" my sister on how you should be generous to people!!!! And he even parked in the middle of the road!! Even after the cab was off and was not using any gas, he left the meter on. Luckily, my sister ended up paying the $11.34 (which would have been $10 if he turned off the meter) instead of the $15 he put into the terminal. Honestly, find other taxi services or just use the bus. I would not use this service at all. Do not make the mistake of using NST. There is a %10 chance you will get a nice driver that doesn't tip themselves. This is considered fraud. I recommend you take the bus instead of NST

Transport from the airport to downtown hotel and back to airport a few days later. Pre arranged via email with Bal. Driver was there waiting both times, price as agreed. Dependable service in clean limos by courteous drivers. Highly recommended and I'll definitely use them on my next trip to Vancouver!

Even if there’s no wifi in the terminal, it’s still 5-star in my book 😀 Accessibility is top-notch, it’s right by downtown Vancouver, SkyTrain is a few steps away and within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the city’s tourist attractions. One of the best cruise ship terminals on planet Earth.

Interessante transporte pelo False Creek, Vancouver de um angulo diferente. Um ótimo meio de chegar a Granville Island.
