Shuttle & Taxi

The dispatch is very rude and Ive been late for work many times. I call a couple of hours before my predate and Tracey doesnt call out my taxi untill after the time I have asked for them to be there. I will not use town taxi anymore. Im done with the rudeness and poor coustomer service. I have been a coustomer for over 20 yrs.

Worst driving ive seen from this company. Wouldnt trust them with my kids.

New to Chilliwack. I had bought a power wheels truck from Walmart for my sons bday so I needed a van. I used the Chilliwack taxi direct line and the lady was so rude to me. She said there was a 30 minute wait for the van and acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her over needing a van and to top it off I was going to be charged 10 on top of the fare. I called cheam and the lady was so pleasant she got a van over to me in about 10 minutes. The driver was amazing, I think her name was Jean she helped me get my stuff in the van and had a great conversation on the way home lots of laughs. I will be using cheam all the time!

My go to service. I always have amazing drivers that hold conversations really well one of the best taxi services I have had.

Quite possibly THE worst cab experience ever. The lady on the phone said that the cab would arrive at our destination in 20 minuets but even after an hour of waiting, no cab driver arrived. Would not recommend.

I want to thank Denise and Sam for there professional service. It was great to have such clear communication. The attention to details really made this easy.

Called a cab for my coworker so she could get home because I don’t drive. First time this person hung up on me I was simply being passed the phone from my coworker to repeat the address. I called back and told her my address, she failed to understand what I was saying and told me my house wasn’t real because she couldn’t find it and then hung up on me again. Rather upset at this point, I call again and this time we managed to get farther in the conversation and she can’t seem to understand the letter “Z”. I spent it, said zee, zed, even said it was the last letter of the alphabet... and still nothing but rude remarks. When she finally got the letter “Z”, we moved on to the next letter which was an “E”, and she kept saying “A?”, and then hung up on me for a third time!! This is stupid, either upgrade your phone systems or update your employees to preferably people who speak the english language. Even my coworker was like what the hell.

Smaller airport. Reasonable facilities. Agree security need lesson in manners but they're doing their job. Sooner rude but safe than the alternative. Expect to walk out on tarmac to board and disembark. Dress according to weather. Only 3 gates so if 3 flights, security will take much, much longer. Arrive accordingly. All in all I approve

I was at Microsoft building 121 across from the Xbox facility at a meeting today and ordered Bell Towncars service for a ride from there to the airport. Car showed up on time and I received a call from my driver that he was outside, price was reasonable as they provide a special for Msft employees. Great family owned service.

I don't know if these guys are in business or what. I called and went straight to hold music without a VM introduction, then it transferred to a "this call may be rexorded" new line with different music, then someone picked up and breathed into the phone but didn't say anything. I said "hello" and they hung up. Very strange, so beware...

The next time you need to go anywhere, take this taxi service. You will feel the service.

The dispatcher who is a female has such an awful attitude. No customer service skills. She pick up the phone and says emerald taxi I reply with "Hi" and she replies with "EMERALD TAXI?" Such an uncomfortable phone call.

Our absolute go to Limousine service. We have used RRR now for years for any events we attend downtown with another couple or group. The vehicles are always gorgeous, roomy, pristine set up for everything we need. RRR is always on time, easy to deal with and professional. We don't even call around anymore. This is the best limousine service around!

Great rate, clean car and very courteous driver. I will be making this my “go to” service.

Sam, our driver, was very helpful and we got in and out of the car a lot. He was always right around the corner when we called and we added on a few more hours last minute and it was no big deal. Would definitely book again :)
