Terrible! Didn't show up despite us making a booking hours in advance, then didn't answer phone when we were left waiting for taxi and very nearly missed flight.

Completely failed to "meet and greet" me and my family (6m old baby) at Gatwick Airport. Ended up taking the train instead, refused a refund. Just take a black cab - they're the same price.

Cant thank them enough for their efforts in trying to get us to our flight. Last weekend the roads from Val D'Isere to Grenoble were unexpectedly busy, and while we missed our flight Bens Bus did everything in there ability to get us there. The price is reasonable and the service is not only top draw but also very personable. Thank you again for your efforts, until next time, G

Terrible. ordered them for a Gatwick pickup for my pregnant wife and her mother. Firstly they would not hold up a name board like any other taxi company. But it got much worse. The driver (who barely spoke English) refused to come to arrivals instead insisting that my wife come to drop off. He shouted at her on the phone and after waiting 30 mins she had to get the Gatwick express. I would steer well clear of these people.

Great service, was used to take me and a friend from London to Kent and was superb. Was in contact with the company throughout the week and asked for an upgrade to the executive car and the help was awesome! Got picked up in a very stylish BMW Will use this company again.

I would like to thank the Driver at Delta Chauffeurs who provided an excelled service for my Son’s Wedding; the Drivers were very polite and considerate and gave a good professional service. We had a very happy day and I will recommend their service to anyone.
