I have had the pleasure to use the services of Mercedes Chauffeur Hire on many occasions, for both business and personal journeys. Their cars are immaculate, both inside and out, and they are very punctual, always arriving early, well ahead of the pre-booked pick up time. Their chauffeurs are always smartly turned out, courteous and very experienced. They have always provided me and my family with fantastic service and I can highly recommend them.

Used this taxi service recently on a trip to London and will definable use them again and recommend them to anyone. I guess this is a good taxi service from victoria london. I used few times and always had good service.

Terrible customer service - called to change my booking time, they confirmed, then never showed up. With a 10 month old baby and a flight to catch with no car seat - we were stranded. When asked what I should do, they hung up on me. Said they had no record of the call and have since blocked my calls. Terrible service - do not use them.

This isn't cheap, but it's reliable. Open 24/7/365 they are open when there is literally no other option.

Taxi was 15 mins late and the driver found it funny that I was upset about waiting outside in the cold for him.

I recently used this mini cab office and was really happy with their services. The driver who picked me up was on time and really friendly and polite and well spoken and knowledgeable and charged me a good price to my destination. I personally will highly recommend this cab station!!!

Friendly and helpfull. My son's friend was stranded with no cash and his phone charge depleted . My last words to him before his phone died was to find a cab firm. Thankfully he found Swift Cars. They phoned me to say he was safe and brought him home.

We had an excellent experience using EC Minibus. We used the service for transportation from London to Dover to take a cruise.
