Best tune in town. Brought a ski that had bad edges due to hitting some rocks to another shop in town. After tune, still had bad edges and was told that the ski was too far gone to get a good tune. Brought to Eddie and he said he could make them like new. That he did. Thanks for saving my skis!

Rented our skis from here. We reserved ahead online and they already had everything pulled when we got there. It's a little confusing when you get there to pick up for the first time (walk to the back if you already have reservations). Then pay afterwards.

Pretty nice place for families & beginners. Lifts run from 10am-4:30pm CST. Magic carpet is available for beginners. Lessons for both skiing & snowboarding can be purchased for a good deal for all levels. Kids can sign up for camps during summer & other school breaks. Cubbies & lockers are available in the Chalet, along with decent but pricey food service. The hills are well maintained. The best part about Table mountain in my opinion is that there are ski patrol checking up on everyone at all times to make sure everything is okay, if anyone is hurt etc... So I feel safe to take my family there. So come early to set up everything & take advantage of the whole day.

Being only 45 minutes out of Medicine Hat, the ski hill makes for a quick commute and easy skiing. In addition, the elkwater lake location continues to provide more winter (and summer) activities if you're looking to extend your day trip.

Save ur money and spend it else where unless you value extremely bad /rude customer service ( The *** clown that Owens the store). Learn how to talk to people that put money in your pocket..

Was in the store for 5 minutes before BOTH sales associates came out of the back room together, chatting away all the way until they made it to the front cash register. Right as soon as they were done talking one of them decided to tell me I can let her know if I needed help with anything, surprise surprise she went right back to chatting after that. My boyfriend and I decided to leave. No “have a good day” or “see you.” In my opinion customer service either makes or breaks a store and it definitely broke this one.

Took my fiancee's mountain bike here for a derailleur and tuneup, it's like new now and very reasonable price. These guys are pros, and it is very clear how much they care about quality workmanship and about their customers. Will be using this shop from now on.

I brought my moms wheelchair tires in cause they had a slow leak. The tubes had been changed before for the same problem. At Mach 1 they figured the slow leaks were caused from the plastic in the rim rubbing on the tube. They filed them down before putting new tubes in. They always seem to go the extra mile!
