Excellent service

With hundreds of travel agencies available out there, you would think that it would be easy to find a really good and caring Travel Manager / Agent, but no. There were even networks who promote and advertise their travel agents but from my personal experience, the person that I contacted didn't even bother to respond to my email. So, I don't have any recourse but to look again for another one. I am quite lucky to have found a really good one in the person of Ms. Lily Alilovic of Flight Centre, Erin Mills Parkway. Not only is Lily very nice, helpful, thorough, accommodating, and knowledgeable but most important of all you can tell that she cares about her clients. I just booked Insight Vacations' "Best of Italy" package with her and I'm glad that she took care of it for me. Thank you, Lily. My appreciation goes out to Evelina Rifa of Insight Vacations as well!

Got a marketing email from them. Contacted them and found seat sale they offer has 2 layovers which would make a 13 hours flight close to 24 hours so i wasn't interested but this call center person kept calling me even i told him i was busy and would call him back later. You decide...

I'm appalled that a negative review was given by someone who has never dealt with this business. We have been loyal customers for many years. We first came to Ingrid when there was a death in the family overseas and our existing agent was too busy to help us with a flight. This was way before you could book your own online. I walked into Ingrid's and told her the situation and she made it a priority to book my flight. That is exactly what we all need in those difficult times.

My husband and I are in our 70's and had never gone to an all inclusive before last July when we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. We booked through your agency and Nada Antonius was our agent. she has since booked two more trips for us which we have taken and we couldn't be happier with her service. She has gone above and beyond what we expected from an agent during a very busy vacation time. She was never too busy to answer questions and has gone the extra mile when we required special assistance. My husband has cancer and she ensured that this last trip just a week ago was comfortable and pleasant for him. We would not hesitate to call on her in the future Kudos Nada.
